Her lips and nose are fake.. but her body / curves aren't from what I know. Thus yeah, she is sexy despite her average-ish face.

I don’t think cosmetic surgeries bothers people as much if the results are good... But if you end up looking with much worse than the before picture ( and it looked fine IMO) then people are going to talk.

Both sisters were heavy moustached though

Most people are awkward in the teen growth spurt age.

Also, fixing teeth isn't considered plastic surgery. Nor is dealing with facial hair.

I'd be humiliated if someone were to dig up horrible pics from my teen years during a time when I had little control over what was happening to myself.

She’s lucky she had all the resources available to her before joining BW, imagine if Ananya gets her lips done, boob job and butt implants it will be awkward now. Even Suhanas gotten everything done before.

Jhanvi's pic is fake. This is how she looked before surgery. She never was ugly. She is a full grown woman now. So, the changes.
