@bold: Same....I want to see progress but I don't want to see rushed realizations....that is what would really dilute the potential of Adi-Imlie's story more than anything. So I can only hope the makers do a decent job with that and don't rush it for the sake of checking off a box.

Their situation is uniquely complicated in many way cuz of the characters they are....this could be a very cliched story on paper of a majboori waali shaadi at gunpoint and wohi typical shaadi ke baad wala pyar....but it's the way the viewpoints have been navigated - whether it's Adi with his struggle to hold on to his righteousness/core values (much as we troll his hypocrisy :P) or there is Imlie trying to navigate the truth of her situation while trying to accommodate everyone else as well.....there is a flavor to their personalities that hooks you......that is what gives it a unique flavor and compels us to tune in even as they drag😆.

Yes plz no rush at all I am seriously in no hurry to see them as settled and LLHH couple who then having nothing of their own but be jagat mata/pita solving poore India ke problems while serving lollypop crap as their content and the shows goes on...nonsense.. I haven't tuned in for that so I would like them to take their sweet time(but only so much before it becomes irritatingly drag) to reach there.. in that way the good TRPs are a big boon caz it gives the makers the room to suljhao the gutthi one by one instead of the rush to get to big milestones in thirst of TRP's and overnight killing a story's potential and butchering the characters to no end undoing anything they have built over time in one jhatka.. *touchwood* hopefully luck and hardworking favors this and they end up surviving that kind of pressure and are able to tell the story they have beautifully crafted so far without the useless pressures ..🧿🧿

Yes, if there is one major crime that he is consciously guilty of, it's the CHOICE to commit bigamy.....that is the biggest thing I'm going to hold against him as well until he gets around to atoning for it. Every other thing is explainable as a part of the complicated situations he got ensnared in.....but going ahead with marrying Malini without resolving the status of the marriage with Imlie is his biggest blunder that has actually messed up all three lives the most.

Does it matter if she works though? You live in a house, even if it is your own, common sense is everyone contributes. It is only AC who has called her a naukrani so far and she is not going to stop even if she started working in a professional capacity somewhere. Tripathis do not even treat Sunder like a neecha servant and Imlie has saved their son and daughter-in-law. Her continuing to help around the house is not going to reduce her self-respect.

It will most probably be the start of college after she returns from PD.

Adi did say, "Hum raasta nikal lenge". Lets see what his rasta is. The only thing i can think of is that he will say that she is back to give the entrance exam but then we have Prashansiye Imliejee who thinks that "sasural ki seva karna karm hain, pati ki baat maana dharam" so there you go... That was the way of makers telling us that she will be back at T's and it will because of Aditya but as a servant or as a house guest, we will have to see. Irrespective, she will help in the house because that's just the way she is and her thinking is.

Also, there is question of TRP, keeping her in the bechari state is what pulls that audience.

True - he has come a long way and is no longer the same person. Some specific dialog's and words sting and generic apologies don't fully erase the hurt. It will be nice for the creatives to go back and attempt to redress with some small dialog or so to recompense. Regardless of how he's changed - it's obvious from Imli's response on the bus that she still holds some of the feeling that he wanted her to get out of his life. I expect that the next phase will make him explore some of his mistakes in greater detail as he tries to make Imli feel valued.

It does not mean that I'm looking for every word he said to Imlie to be addressed and sorted out. Some ties back are good - to show tangible change.

Bigamy - he does not even consider his first marriage a valid one - so in his head, he has not made a mistake. He needs to start believing and accepting that marriage was valid and that Imli is his wife for him to even consider that he has committed bigamy.

Before bigamy - he has to address the fact that he could not share the truth of his forced marriage with his family and gf of 7 years. At least with Malini - there was the consideration of her health - with her swoon. With the family - whyever not. They don't seem the sort who would not understand. It seemed like it was his need to assert his choices over every challenge and signs that destiny sent his way and he did not want any detractions from it. He who said he was a believer in destiny went all out to defeat it. If Adi Malini equation was strong - I would have said it was his love for her that made him want to marry her at any cost - but seeing what CVs showed thus far - it seems more like his need to control his life and his choices and not be forced into anything.

What Imli said during the hut that rainy night is so true. Destiny may have brought them together - but it is their own actions that will take their love story further.

Adi-Imlie ka USP is not in being LLHH wala pair.....their USP is in the way they talk through their contrasting viewpoints.....like is scene mein the thing I loved the most was that neither wanted to back down from their viewpoint....Imlie stood up for her beliefs and Adi kept insisting he was also trying to do right by her.....they both couldn't manage to convince each other....yet this churning between them still ended up bringing a shift for their equation.

Also gotta love that for all the time Imlie has spent being intimidated by his scolding, when it comes to standing up for her core beliefs, there is a fierce light in her eyes that doesn't back down no matter how much he tries to challenge her beliefs.....the look with which she told him she will will never attach someone else's name to hers....that she is willing to spend her whole life alone rather than allow any name but his to be attached to her.....that's her belief system and he can't convince her otherwise😆.

Yes, luck indeed seems to favor him in many situations he manages to wiggle out of 😆.

That said, I wonder if a time will come when the validity of his marriage with Malini will be threatened😆.....that might be his first wake up call that the marriage with Imlie has managed to have validity (likely with some documentation in the village) and what a twist of fate it might be if Adi never managed to register his marriage with Malini in all the distractions around that time🤣. There is just too much TRP drama for them to build around that cuz Mrs. C will raise hell over any perceived threat to her beti ka haq.....and isse badaa threat kya ho sakta hai ki uski beti ki shaadi hi valid na nikle thanks to some oversight in not getting it registered😆.

It's still niggling in the back of my mind that Malini hasn't changed her name on paper to Tripathi and she was still being called Chaturvedi during the bridge accident....could it be cuz they are yet to get the marriage registered and forgot to file accompanying paperwork to get her name changed in official documents?😆

Something makes me think that the truth of his marriage to Imlie will come out right when they are trying to cover it up the most😆....possibly by filing paperwork somewhere to annul it after registering it😆.

@bold: Wasn't this the past phase since the gunshot till the bike scene? Since the gunshot scene, he was trying to make amends. Every time AC insulted Imlie, Imlie reminded him that he has done worse or said worse things, which in turn made him realize that he has not been fair to her. College, giving entry to his room, defending her in front of AC, making haldi doodh all these were his way of making amends. The bike scene was the culmination of that phase because he did say there that I have said lot of bad things, done of bad things, but not now and never again. The things he said at the bike, too was in his own twisted way of making amends for her own good but it backfired, because of the way they both look at this marriage.

I agree that he does not accept his first marriage but to accept it, he first has to accept that Imlie is important to him and I think, this is that phase. This phase is all about the answer to the question "Why am I not happy that she is leaving" which will also lead him to retrospect on his relationship with Malini.

@bold 2: That totally sums him up. He is a person who believes in craving his own path, makes his own choices and also a person who is very loyal to his feelings. So when the times comes (very far in the future 😊), he will fight to keep Imlie in his life. I am just not sure how the guilt will play but lets see.

Do you guys this Aditya’s camera will be back? Maybe we can expect a few scenes where he looks at all the pictures 😄😄😄 Tomorrow cannot come soon enough. Hopefully it won’t be OTT family drama 😆
