How to post Images in IF?

Some one please tell tell me how to post images on IF ?

Hi, I usually copy a picture from it's source and paste it here, sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't.

I think what you have to do is, open the image and click on copy image, paste it here. I tried again and it's working.
