Lol, yeah Mukul ke peeche nahi jayegi. Virat is just upset and feeling insecured that Sai never gets impressed with him or doesn't show any recognition for his acts (in the show too).

So I have tried to show how Sai should also open up by understanding him and letting him know what she thinks of him.

I believe that one should never hold back appreciation. Acknowledging and praising someone can make a person really happy, it is needed in any relationship.
