Is it just me or do others also regret how Vashma brought this upon herself? Na Uday se gusse mein dekhna dikhai ke liye haan bolti na... :( breaks my heart. Do din ruk hi jaati. By doing all the filmy tactics they further brought problem on themselves :(

You are right... Like Uday said she's a jhalli... She thought she will make uday realize his mistake by agreeing to the alliance... But Uday didn't come around due to that, he did because of Brij’s antics which would've happened anyway... Everything went wrong unfortunately. 😭

All of this is a reminder of how Vashma is barely 16/17, not old enough to know that a couples tiff does not neccessarily mean a breakup. The snowball effect is seen outside wrt riots becoming Partition and inside with strong emotions becoming sacrifice.

yeah I can’t fault her for being immature she is shown impatient and impulsive from day 1... and she is young too. She could really easily avoid this... my heart hurts for her

yes. I don’t mind how she is where she is now, but I just hope this is not the end of VashMay... Devdas style ... just give me some way to bring her back to him! Maybe widowed and pregnant where Uday thinks it’s Farook’s but actually their child!?

Vashma Uday Sahani was married the day she garlanded Uday in that storeroom. Gadharva Vivah by all sense. Uday will not let HIS wife go so easily. He said QH with her today too. He will reclaim her and maybe that is what will instigate Abrar to participate in riots to eradicate Sahanis 💔

I agree. But I want something to guarantee her physical presence with him... I am so on the edge as partition is nearing so just want her to somehow escape with them

I guess we just have to keep faith and see what is in the mind of the writers for VashMay next. Excited and scared actually to predict or know 🤞

Just a random thought...

The scene where the way Vashmay were not letting go of each other's hands compelled me to think that,

deep down, aren't we all a Vashma who keeps clutching onto the little hopes and dreams to save our sanity and ultimately our life? And sometimes, we sacrifice them too for our family just the way she did, knowing fully well that without those we are nothing. We may 'survive', but won't 'live'. We just keep going then, one day at a time, dying a million deaths before the final one. We become hard-cold, lose our innocence and see our dreams break into pieces. Our heart is shattered, our senses numb and the naive childhood is long gone.

But sometimes we need to reclaim them, we need to embrace them back, we need to light that fire again to save ourselves from getting insane and to celebrate the miracle called 'life'. Not every person has got an Uday who will do it, sometimes we ourselves have to become our Uday to our Vashma ✨
