I completely stopped fizzy drinks and stopped a huge amount of sugary food that was causing regular toothaches and I dont get toothache anymore. Even though my teeth still need removing, my condition is not as bad as it was last year because I'm controlling my diet. Being fed up is just temporary. I love german donar I was even fed up of lasagna because I used to have it like every week but now its been sooo long and I miss it😆
