I dont think the new girl's precense will undermine Bon's character in any way. When the makers spoilt Mini/Sampoorna's characters to glorify Bon's character then too people had issues with it that why to undermine other character just to glorify the female lead. So now when they are (hopefully) trying to bring a strong positive female lead, there should be no issues.

Also, Bondita is still a kid. She is a teen and no matter what the situation is, we should not forget that there has to be some realism in the story. In teenage days the mind is like wet cement, whatever impression you give will stay there for long. And this age is very well known for getting distracted. If they show that Bon is naturally not being like a teenager and being an ideal samaaj sevika then it would be very unrealistic.

Just like Bon understood the value of education only when she herself faced the problem with mensuration, same way she will overcome her teenage distractions only when she gets an example or inspiration from some strong powerful character.

Just because Bon is the female lead we cannot expect there to be no other strong females in the show. Bon is still a kid so she needs some people whom she meets in life to build her character first. Just like rasiya bai was there, same way this new girl should prove to be an inspiration for Bon.
