I rewatched . When Veer handing over the pen Rani Sa was watching . When Veer handing over the application one side was God one side was Rani Sa . So she will do something to sabotage her education too.

But that doesn't mean we can leave out your symbolism on it as promo shows it's going to happen as you predicted 😉
