A real case is something that gives goosebumps

The disorders I spoke I have known some far relation so experienced it as bystander not a doctor or a close relative. so can understand the pain all go through

hope they are not taking Veer's condition to that level now, then atleast everyone else in the mansion knows. now only Rani is taking the full brunt of Veer's condition.
