This is the only part related to Veer's character that I can understand. He is in trauma since childhood.
Rajeshwari keeps reminding Veer that he is adopted. She did huge favor for him by accepting him as a Rajawat, when in fact it's his right. Always made him feel that he is not good enough for her love. Imagine how he felt when she was showering love to his siblings but not him.
I can understand all that. But what they showing is, as you all said, repetitve. He must rise above all that for his character to develop. But the makers are only interested in Ranisa these days.
I hope at least this saas-bahu saga will end by Veer at least suspecting Ranisa
