In Bengali version, the Chavans were not this much "Over the top" hating Sai. For that reason, the progression of liking Sai was visible and believable. As far as I remember, Ninad started to mellow down a little bit after a heart attack or something like that and Emon treating him. He even started to mellow down towards Ashwini BUT she didn't give "Bhaov" that easily to him.
In that version, they showed "the family members as too much orthodox and that's why they behaved like that to Sai" - Not unnecessarily hating Sai like this version
Hindi version CN wasis are so OTT rude and hating her that I don't know if they will show them to lover her that easily.
