Alia has put in efforts no doubt about it..but failed to get the raw factor.. this role was made for PC.

I agree. Her diction is good. She just doesn't look the part. A miscast.

alia is great but I agree Priyanka would have better, and Priyanka is so much older than alia so it didn't require the younger actress.

but I love alia movies even kalank so will definitely watch this

Alia is a good actor, she might have put a lot of effort for this. But it's 👎👎 for me, she always have that lost child look on her face. Someone like PC, Vidya Balan could've nailed this, even Kareena is much more perfect than Alia here.

The look is same as Madz in some of her movies like Gulab Gang.

Watched the teaser & I find it meh. Alia might be a good actress, but her mismatched fancy dresses show is sooo distracting it didn't even let me notice her acting. I just couldn't stop thinking that she looks a total misfit in those costumes.

Personally I think a Vidya Balan or Rani Mukherjee or Priyanka Chopra would have looked more convincing & done the job wayyy better.

I actually found this very impressive. Not sure where all the naysayers are coming from. The childlike look actually makes her body language and words MORE chilling. I don't think PC or anyone else could've done what we saw in teaser better.

The young Gangu could have been played by Alia and the older one by Tabu. I can't come to terms with that baby face playing an older and mature character like this😆

These sonam fans don't have anything to do since their princess is jobless. So they are spending their time mocking Deepika fans. So blah.
