it is so true. The best part is that K gets into that character personally. Which is why it is so difficult for him to switch back. Always. He himself gets "affected" so that his craft grabs you by your collar and almost like naturally as if the character is your own skin, your own self, that is going through all the turmoil.

He makes you feel each and every emotion that the character is going through because as you said he completely gets into the skin of the character. Needless to says it's like he becomes that character.
