I do feel for the actor - he talks about being in the industry for 10 years and not really getting very far. Goes to show it really is all about luck and timing. Talent does matter, but IMO it's not the most important thing these days (sadly). Otherwise certain people would not be where they are 🤔

I think the Garima-Vikram thing also felt thanda bc I couldn't really see why Garima likes him other than bc of the abs. That's not to hate on the actor, but there wasn't enough development of their relationship for me to understand why she's stuck on him despite him dating her bestie. At least with Sumod from the beginning you see this nok jhok, you see him involve himself in her life, there's something there. Maybe they'll develop the Vikram SL now with the new actor.

Yeah talent isn’t the most important thing. Social media followers and pankhas are more important in certain cases. They get you very far clearly. Eurgh.

I agree I could never understand apart from finding him hot why Garima liked him. There was never any character development for Vikram in that sense. But I also think that part of Garima needed to show some growth. She has always thought of marriage and was willing to get married ASAP. Her character had that fire in other respects but just in this part. I want to see her understand her worth and not settle for less than that in a man. I hope they move past Garima staring at him with doe eyes and being all love struck around him. Though from the precap looks like they’re incorporating some Tashan. Hopefully so when the new actor comes it will new facet of the character he is playing. Thank god I never shipped them otherwise this would have been another tragedy for me 🤣

LOL so true. I like having a show where I'm not so invested in every aspect that it hurts when something changes 🤣 I liked the small glimpses we got of their tashan whenever he would challenge her dad on his patriarchal thoughts, and she would move to defend her dad (but in her heart knew Vikram was right)...I felt that could lead to an awakening in her that she has to actually challenge and stand up to her dad, not just fake her way through helping him dressed as a man. I agree that this moony-eyed aspect of her was getting old, so I'm looking forward to a bit of tashan in that relationship. In general I prefer ships like that anyway, the ones where both parties are a little sanki in their own ways Vikrima were too vanilla for me, at least up until I've watched so far.
