I agree. Because of Rani Sa's impatience and her greed this is the biggest mistake she did. she won't be able to undo it later because then his relationship with Rani will be stronger.

if Ramadheer is bumped off temporaryily, could meet with an accident with a memory loss

Rani on her university studies may reach the same city where Ramadheer is

Rani thought he was bumped off permanently so moves ahead with her studies and she meets her dad there

It would be a beautiful track to see her helping her father get back his memory and her university studies going on parallel
