Kaka's actions are terrible because something that Anirudh will now realize is that it could very well be him in Thakur's place, molesting Bondita and in such a scenario, there would be absolutely no-one supporting her. I feel it would be a wake-up call of sorts for him, and hopefully for Kaka too.
