1 year later, Preeti lives with Kotharis and her 1 year old child in USA. On the other hand, KT and Tibrewals had shifted to Mumbai and in 5 years KT had expanded Shaadi Mubarak to multiple corners of the world. Later, it was revealed in the past that Preeti never had any disease it was all Rati's plan to seperate Preeti from KT because Tarun divorced her and she now wants revenge. Rati successfully creates a big misunderstanding between KT and Preeti due to which Preeti and KT gets seperated. In the present, Rati is staying with Tibrewals and is in a chance to get married to KT for his property. On the day of their marriage, Preeti come back to India with her one year child and see KT and Rati getting married for all the bad reasons.
