Lol, I take it that you have mixed humour in it.

I would say she knows about the relationship Sai and Virat share.

It has not got to do with knowing Virat, it is something she doesn't want and so uses it so that he doesn't calm down.

It is like a reminder to him to not let go of his anger, they had a conversation just before this and she is now challenging him.

I will say that the woman in her is able to see what exactly he wants (Sai). If she knew him in and out, she wouldn't have asked him if what Sai was saying was right about him suppressing his feelings for her.

What will make him continue to do what he is already doing

She knows not him but the rishta Sai and Virat share except for all the few lovey dovey moments they share in their room. Even the food feeding was shared by our jhalli Sai.

She knows about their rishta only because she has been a witness to their disputes in the living room and in their bedroom too. She has been carefully observing their ups and downs.

She has this feeling since day 1 when Virat took Sai's name and everytime he has prioritized Sai over her for reasons known to him and us, but not her. Sai is a normal citizen and Virat taking extra care didnt go down well..
