I know. That dialogue pains me too. But if we look at it from his perspective, then we can't blame him either. He really can't give her that position now, Ash. He can't make her his wife in every sense. For him, to give her that position means to do what his Kaka is asking him to do. And he would never even in his dreams will think of any such thing💔. It is sad how his opinion and consent is never considered in this whole process. Kaka should know him better by now

U know because society and kaka is expecting physical relationship and ani knows the consequences and damage it will do to bon more than him it is bon he is worried about the most , see he knows she has no knowledge of love and marriage and if she is forced into all this and when she grows up she is gonna regret that how she was denied her right her consent and moreover her right to choose love and ani is a gentleman who respects individuality of his wife and he himself said in past maybe his marriage with bon is wrong or right , see for bon it is she met the right person at wrong time of her life but that is story set against with where a girl is made ,shaped and given direction by her broad minded person and pure hearted man in that era which is unbelievable even inr hat era many educated person used to have relations with child brides
