It was such a huge thing but still he shut off pakhi there citing it's her who started this. And when he went to pakhis home next day he repeated the same that it was pakhi's mistake.

When pakhi's intrusion goes beyond a point , I feel he leaves to sai to handle it . Rightly so because he is not into confrontations. I know this doesn't fit always but that one instance he wanted her to do the needful. Or maybe he wanted sai to claim those rights 🙄. I don't know if I am making sense or not 😂

I agree with you. I think he also feels guilty about the situation Pakhi is in now. He's partially responsible for it. He told her to marry Samrat knowing she loves him, Virat. He made her a stupid promise to not love anyone else. Now, she has no husband, but he has a wife he is in love with. So he's broken his promises already. I think he can't bring himself to say too much to her for this reason.

Of all the people in this show, Virat is the most complicated. Sai is a straight shooter. WYSIWYG. Pakhi is also fairly open about where she stands. She loves Virat, cares 2 hoots for her missing husband and is damn jealous of Sai. Virat is the one who can unlock this mess and he's dithering. And I think he's dithering 'cos he knows he messed up. He messed up with the promise to Pakhi. He messed up by telling Sai you can only be my 'zimmedari'. He wants to make it right with both, but ek ka dil tootega and doosri is not interested unless he speaks up. We are at, I think the most interesting phase in this show.

For others including Virat, she has a fu#k all attitude today. She thinks she is just living in someone's house and is informing them while going out. Their opinion is of none of her concern.

Only one whose opinion matters to her in the house after the Ladakh incident is Ashwini. She informed aai and replied to her questions and aai said okay. That's all she cares.

If you see, she is probably closer to Pulkit sir than other Chavans. She has opened up more to him than possibly even Shivani bua or aai. Yes there could have been many ways to discuss with Pulkit and all this was unnecessary drama, but we will go along with it.

I have no words for Virat yet, but why does he need others to tell him how to manao his wife. He is the only person after aai who is close to Sai. Instead of Sunny or Pakhi, ask usha maushi and she will be happy to help with that. Also Virat's lunch plan would have flopped anyways. How did he plan to take her out?

Just like how they show what Sai has flashbacks about, why can't they show Virat thinking about arguments with Sai.

I have a feeling of all the things Sai said only thing he has registered is that Sai misunderstand his feelings for Pakhi, but if that is resolved she is open to having Pati wale umeed with him. He wants to reach that stage fast and willing to take advice from anyone to achieve that.

Also Kaku shut up Pakhi and Sai coz Pakhi was making it about her anger on trip, where Kaku knows Sai is not wrong. Pakhi couldnt see the bigger picture which Kaku could. Otherwise Kaku would have let her continue.

I agree. Bhavani understood that it would go against their aim of currying favours with Virat. But her shutting up pp for a minute was such a joy😆 she also refused to ask questions because Ninad and Omkar had already said enough to influence Virat

How else will it be interesting... It's going to be the make or break moment for Virat to resolve this fight . It will get uglier and then it will be up to him to clear the mess. It's just going to be about removing the deal part-- revoking the misunderstood 5 year contract. Because it read never meant to be a 5 year project. Rest for later in the story.

I've seen some parts of Kusum Dola. It's unwatchable after a while. But this phase is well done. And so far GHKKPM has not disappointed in the remake aspect. So I'm totally getting my popcorn and watching this week's ugliness and the sorting out of the mess and then the next 2-3 months. After that..we will see how they do.

I have only complaint about this show- the lingering crassness over depriving people of food. At this rate UNICEF will need to send some supplies over. They need to find a better way to communicate their dislike of people than starvation. It leaves a bad taste..pun intended 😋.

I don't comment all the time (trying not to spend too much time on IF), but I do read and enjoy all your episode reviews. They are on point.

Though there are too many fight scenes and unpleasant scenes happening, I feel that this is finally leading somewhere, there is some progress, be it in the plot, or in SaiRat's relationship. Gusse mein hi sahi, they're at least making an effort to express themselves and clear those misunderstandings... most of all Sai. But yeah, as usual, bad writing and choppy editing, so the scenes and their endings seem very abrupt, and what transpires in between is left to the audience's imagination.

I will go for the third - Going by what his character has been so far, I don't doubt the fact that he had registered what Sai said, he knows his intentions are clear but he has not visibly reflected on why his actions have made Sai feel the way she's feeling but he knows he has to normalise the situation. Thinking men, who speak less, when they acknowledge that the outburst of their woman is justified, would try to first do the small, nice things -- to break the ice and restart a conversation that needs both the partners to be in a better frame of mind. I do not think he doesn't mean to address the issue. It has left him restless.

^I feel the same too. He has clearly understood what Sai meant, but according to him, his intentions are clear, but he doesn't know that it is not visible to the eyes of the other people, including Sai. I think at this point, he just wants to calm her down and get her to talk to him in a much more tranquil state of mind so that he can probably explain himself. Virat is definitely no fool, he knows that if left unaddressed, this issue can blow up to an extent where there is no going back.

I think he should realise, it has already reached that point of no return actually. If he doesn't address this 'misconception' that is a result of his own conditions then from here on, it cannot go back to being even friendly. It has to be discussed -- either to progress or to accept that what she said was true. He knows he has no other option. Check mate hai, almost. 😆

Also, Sunny the love guru is finally back again! And this time, thankfully he's pushing Virat in the right direction. Probably because the toxicity from Jali Hui Didi's tea has left his body since he hasn't visited the CN after she came back😆. And the lunch plan🤣. Virat and his plan to have at least one peaceful meal with his baiko is completely jinxed! He should have known that by now😆.

Koi toh khaana khila do 😆😆

Sai's monologue in the balcony was poignant .. she had a flashback of Aaba after so long. She is introspecting if she did something wrong by speaking the truth. Of everything that Virat said, she remembered the 'wall' he mentioned and wondered if Aaba would approve of her speaking the truth. Of course, he would...Sai is lonely but she also knows that all said and done, Virat has got her back. So Sai doesn't want to discuss her 'love' for Virat. And even Mohit can see her feelings? Wow! 🤭

^Sai's monologue literally had me crying! Ayesha has really upped her acting game in the past few episodes! And the scene between Sai and Mohit was really really very sweet, and it was much needed. It was a breath of fresh air, away from all the fighting and toxicity in the CN. I really hope we do get a scene where Sai actually goes to Mohit's play to support him and takes Virat with her too!

Oh this girl is a performer! She's breathing life into Sai. Tha scene was so cute and I really wish they watch a play. Also, Mohit doesn't know navra baiko can also act well in monoacts😉

So anyway, today's zillat arena tamasha credits go to Sai. I find it hard to defend her today for this particular scene. Now, doesn't she know exactly how the family will react? Where is the tact in dealing with such situations? It felt as if she actually walked into the zillat arena only to announce war. She was the one who asked Pulkit if she could visit him on Sunday -- now I get it that doing a week-day meeting is probably not possible because of the college schedule so Sunday is the only day. But, why did she not plan the entire sequence of events? Does Sai not foresee such drama where the usual suspects will gang up -- each one offering a comment and questioning her. Did she not know Virat would be offended -- she also very well knows the reason why he reacted the way he did to Amey and 'warned' Aniket. She may not voice it aloud, but she has acknowledged that it was his insecurity as a 'husband' during their conversations on both subjects -- once reminding him of the deal marriage and then in the playful banter. Why bring upon yourself this stress of the drama?

^This I totally agree! Today, whatever taana she faced, its all her doing. It kinda felt like she was instigating people on purpose, especially Virat. And I really don't believe that she didn't find the time to tell Ashwini in private that she has to go out. Or at least, she could have taken Usha Maushi with her as usual. Usha Maushi wouldn't eavesdrop on her conversation with Pulkit if Sai asked her not to, and the others wouldn't find it that weird either.

Almost everyone thinks she did it on purpose because she's got nothing to hide or mend anymore... It is definitely true but at that moment, I would have liked her to use strategy not for her own image but for Devyani.

Virat's "Tum nahi jaogi, Kyunki Main bol raha hoon" would sound like a controlling statement -- it was, but I want to let it pass today. If she had given him even half convincing answers, he would not have used that statement.

^Exactly! During any other day, we would have probably had our guns pointed at him, but today, we really cannot blame him for reacting the way he did. It was not even petty jealousy, but only concern. Even I found it absurd that Sai thought she could get away with this so easily.

Her explanation was not convincing. One could argue why should she even explain if no one would care but then it is also true if she's asked "Why do you want to interfere with Devyani?" So, she should have definitely used some intelligence to get her way instead of this stress-inducing drama.

The precap, of course, is a preview into the tempers rising tomorrow but even if there is an unjust act, it has to be viewed in the context and then also the aftermath of it. I will brace myself and hold my heart still, hoping that it is not a complete letdown.

^Though the precap has me seething, I really don't think I'll keep my guns loaded and pointed towards Virat because this time Sai was the instigator. I just hope that it plays out better and the aftermath of the blow up is better.

I believe that every couple goes through a phase at some point in their relationship when they are so disillusioned that they do things that are wrong, say things that are hurtful and it cannot be justified. What really, really matters is what they do once they sober up from the rage.

Chalo... my cameo appearance is now done😆. I'll take your leave. Zyada miss mat karna mujhe😉

I seem to be in the minority here. I liked the episode today.

Sai reaction was justified for me since from her point of view, she is fed with the hypocrisy of the family. They don't care one iota about her, now she has stopped caring about their good opinion here. As for Virat, she is still angry with him so her cold responses made sense m.

Virat, although suffering from selective amnesia, had his heart in the right place. He has already moved on from the fight and think (like a typical guy😶) that everything should be back to normal without any further clarification on their respective stands.

I actually am looking forward to tomorrow's episode. It's fun seeing how the oh-so-controlled Virat loses his senses so frequently what it comes to Sai. Only her seems to bring his passion to fore. He kinda doesn't know his limits when it comes to her and it's just him dealing with emotions he has never felt before. (Read in: the stark contrast between yoga love and his overwhelming reactions to Sai 🤭)

Watching two flawed characters come together is much more interesting than watching paper perfect boring characters imo.😌

I was saying exactly this to someone else the other day. I don't think I will watch it beyond the point where they have united to convey that their relationship is rock solid. The Bengali version went on such atrocious story lines after that point that I did not even want to read the synopsis. Tamil version was better but I couldn't digest the memory loss track, it was so pakao. So let's see what these guys dish up here for that penultimate confession -- it was better done in Bengali version so i think they would follow it up to that point.

@red: 🤣🤣 But you know, one has to view action in the context as well as with the aftermath. In cases of crime, it is the "conduct" of a perpetrator after he has committed the crime that actually decides the gravity of his guilt or intent. Everyone makes mistakes, the intention --malice or not-- is what really matters. UNICEF intervention is a delicious idea.

I understand what you are saying about Sai and we all agreed that her stand comes from not caring about the reactions-- as i said, it appeared that she willingly walked up there to declare that war. But the point is that it is about Devyani. Not about her image per se. So she could have and should have just used some strategy and taken Ashwini into confidence about this outing at least. I totally want her to continue to be cross with Virat for some more time. 😆 I liked the episode too!

@bold: Absolutely right. He's just a hangry hopping mad husband when his mind is overpowered by her.

@green: I absolutely concur with you on that one. I think they are so perfectly flawed for each other. It's like the two-piece puzzle that will only fit with one another because together, it makes a perfect picture.

I think she walked away from there on purpose because she didn't want to go weak and do anything like that. She could have immediately held his hand and poured the water properly too but she has decided to distance herself again. Of course, she waited there allowing him to offer tea from all ends of the sofa 😆😆 but still, she's also in a dilemma about her feelings for him but it is kind of easier for her to push away her thoughts about their relationship because she lives with the knowledge of his "pyarosti".
