I guess she is trying to understand his point of view. Considering her past mistakes she took impulsive turns without judging the situation. She is more careful with her action and rather than making theories quickly she is analysing the situation. Right now to she see his fear and know he is reluctant to take this responsibility which is unlikely vansh. When it come to responsibilities vansh never backs out so she knows the fear inside him is quite serious. I think that why she is taking it slow and light. But when she gets the chance she does ask what is the reason for his fears. That's what I feel, however like u said I too hoped Riddhima to be in a bit angry on vansh for not coming to the hospital. Well let's say riddhima is too understanding 😆

Anyways in this show mood swings is vansh thingy 😎😆
