they know their job scope of the field at the same they are thorough professional
Alright. I never followed that show. But if I am not wrong, these two were together since before Kyunki?
I am not saying that you cannot work with your spouse / partner in a show. It all depends on the offscreen rapport these actors share, the understanding of characters, script etc. Mine is a general statement and there could be exceptions like you stated about Hiten-Gauri.
nopes there is one actor whom i don't want to name and its related to rajan sahi show the actor was the main lead of the show and he had lots of romantic scenes with the FL and this did not go down well with the wife even his daughter created ruckus with the fans if the fans praise the chemistry of the leads couple after a while the news was out that he quit the show and another popular actor steps in
such insecurities happens even the spouses are not from the industry
I used to watch the show the leads had amazimg chemistry but an off-screen insecurity destroyed it the actor say that he left due to other projects but the fans knows the actual reason thanks to the daughter😡from that time on the actor did not work in TV shows and yes he is a BW actor though
It was sad he really loved the show but his wife helped in nothing
insecurities happens in all fields if working together brings it in even staying at home brings it in
people needs to learn professionalism if the field is entertainment
do not mix real&reel
@bold - agree. Insecurities happen either way. Be it your partner/spouse who is in the industry or outside. The cases that you stated - it is sad that actors have to compromise on the quality of work just so to save their personal relationship. Some are okay with making such compromises and in some cases, couples part ways due to to this.
But I would still reiterate, it kind of does help when you do not have your partner / spouse around to see you enacting romantic or passionate scenes. Well, it all depends on the actors' outlook and ethics. So to each, his own.
awkwardness does not set in if the spouse is understanding, showing full trust and supportive while working together at the same being thoroughly professional
in a TV show there are many ways and techniques to shoot a romantic or passionate scenes it doesn't need to be physical actually
I just think feeling awkward is inherent in everyone. Some explicitly show it and some are good at covering it up (being professional and all). But it will exist.
@Bold - I totally agree. Its all about the CAMERA.😆
food fights feeding each other studies and the famous amrit chai is not romance
Unfortunately, I have come to accept only these as romantic in this show😒 But I like your optimism though. If we get better romance or passionate scenes, then who am I to oppose? 😆
Either way, this PH seems to be newly formed and even the creatives (if there are any) seem to be new. Not that I know much about others PH or creatives, but from the execution or the lack of it (example - terrible editing issues), one can see a lot of difference from the usual ITV soaps.
i agree
PS: These are strictly my POV.
