It’s not suffering from any disease but I think some post trauma issue you know when your face too much of pain or trouble some way I still think too much of pain then his hand will Shiver

remember at the time of Ridhima when he thought she betrayed him so his hands were shivering so maybe too much of pain will cause it some kind of trauma which I think only Ridhima can heal him

I can understand vansh pain but he should dicuss his pain with ridhimah.ridhimah is only the person can heal him..know VR mansion has become haunted mansion. Yes maybe that is when he might wore that dress but I feel that person is either Angre or rudr chachu right now however I don’t feel it is Aryan considering the body height and width
