loved the seju and Vansh fighting over Riddhima 😆 Aryan shut up them.....in future i would love to see Aryan and Riddhima will be fed up because of their silly fighting and hide somewhere spill out their frustration.

Both are kids who love Riddhima and keeps on fighting with each other over Riddhi baby 😆hummmm that scene would be nice should keep it mind.🤔

star of the main course is Ridhay - his talks about autumn makes want to go LA...

Ishani was elaichi ( cardamom) in biryani....but seju slapped Ishani.....look give flaour in biryani we need elaichi but that doesn't mean we can eat elaichi ......... so sejal has thrown out the elaichi.😆 We can eat elaichi one or two plus elaichi is good for digestion as well buddy galat comparison kar diya elaichi is too good to be compared with Ishani😆

sorry for my poor metaphor talks in the form of food.😒 It's okay I get it you are hungry🤣

last dessert

it was hot brownie with vanila ice cream topped with dark chocolate syrup. for sejal and Vansh scene it was bitter and sweet like vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate syrup,

Vansh's conclusion about Ridhay's personality....and little bit jealousy. was steamy hot like brownie.

posting my comment using food i would love to say both of you know about dum biryani....😆 it take a lots of preparation , lots of ingredients, lots of time ,lots of patience too......making biryani sometimes you will be so tired but in the end when you take bite....you will felt that it was all worth it.😳

Chapter 43

“The truth which has been spoken too late

is more damaging than a lie.”

By the time Vansh reaches back to their room Riddhima had already gone to sleep. Vansh noticed and smiled seeing the way she had made sure to keep pillows between their sides of the bed and turned to the other side and slept. He walks towards his side and turned towards her facing her back.

He still remembers the words Sia had told him, while he was coming to his room after meeting Angre.

Flashback

Vansh was coming back after meeting with Angre and discussing Sejal's background history, Kabir - Anupriya being in jail when Sia spotted him and offers Coffee.

"Not now, Sia,"

says Vansh

"Five minutes Bhai,"

says Sia

Reluctantly Vansh sits down and picks the coffee given by her and smiles.

"So what do you thought about tomorrow Bhai?"

asks Sia

"What's tomorrow?"

asks Vansh confused with a frown

"Did you forgot Mr Chauhan will come to give you some papers which you need to sign and then your divorce will be approved?"

says Sia with a deep sigh

"I won't let it happen. I will marry Riddhima again"

says Vansh proud and determined

"Do you think she will agree so easily?"

asks Sia raising an eyebrow

"She needs love and I'm ready to give it to her, so yes, she will accept my love,"

says Vansh with a smirk depicting the pride

Sia nods her head knowing her brother still didn't understand what he should do and moves near him and put a hand on his own,

"Bhaiya, listen to me. If you have feelings for someone, let them know. It doesn’t matter if they can be in your life or not. Maybe, just letting your feelings known is enough for both of you to realize the truth, so that healing can take place. The opposite is true, as well. If you don’t have feelings for someone then never make the other person believe that you do. Preserve your reputation and be capable enough to be able to answerable for the wrong information spread about you. Never let anyone live with a false belief or false hope about you. An honourable person sets the record straight, so that person can move on with their life"

Sia says making Vansh get lost in his thoughts

"So I will ask you again, do you love her?"

asks Sia

"Of course,"

says Vansh

"This is not guilt, right?"

questions Sia

"What rubbish? I know the difference between guilt and love, Sia"

says Vansh controlling his anger.

“Riddhima Bhabi is not a possession for you to attain, but a friend, a companion in which you should have trust & a person to adore. Do you trust her, bhaiya?”

asks Sia making Vansh get startled a little.

"Trust"

whispers Vansh

“We start a relationship with someone not only because of how great they are as a person but also for how great they make us feel. And because they have granted us this extraordinary gift—a chance to experience love, joy, compassion, and security —it is our exclusive privilege to make them feel wonderful about themselves, especially during days when they, themselves, don't feel so wonderful. So did you ever made her feel special truly from bottom of your heart?"

Sia asks again

"Yes, I did some things for her, but I didn't do it from bottom of my heart considering I didn't realize I love her until now"

replies Vansh

"Then all those moments where you saved her, warned Aryan bhaiya and Chachi were all fake? The emotions you showcased?"

asks Sia

"Never. Whenever someone tried to harm her I stood with her. I wanted to hurt her emotionally so Kabir could feel the pain. My idea was never to hurt her physically or kill her. So yes, whenever I saved her, I wanted to save her so I did"

Vansh replied instantly in a single breath

“You become a man when you marry not just for love but to be a partner with your wife. To be the best man you can be with her, and when you fall short, to admit your shortcomings and to constantly strive to be a better man for your wife, bhaiya. Now if you don't tell her what you feel about her and just propose the marriage thinking she will say yes. No, Bhaiya. She won't"

says Sia moving from the hall leaving Vansh with cold coffee in his hands and thoughts in his mind.

Flashback End

Vansh comes out of his thoughts and looks at Riddhima, "So it's not gonna be easy. It's going to be hard; we're gonna have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, forever, every day. You and me... every day, Riddhima. I will try to express myself and get you back in my life" thinks Vansh while closing his eyes finally and bidding goodbye to the soulful night.

The Next Morning

Vansh opened his eyes expecting to see Riddhima laying beside him however she wasn't. Guessing she might be in the washroom he taps the door but he doesn't hear anything inside. Thinking she might be having breakfast he gets up too fresh up and then confess his feelings for her to her.

The moment he reaches down he sees Mr Chauhan and Riddhima along with Sejal was having coffee while he could see with expressions on the faces of the rest of the family had on, they were not in good mood.

"Oh, Good Morning, Mr Rai Singhania. I know I came early but I need to submit the documents. So here I'm"

says Mr Chauhan

"I won'..."

Vansh began however, Riddhima's next set of words made him stand rooted on his spot

"I have signed the papers, Vansh. If you would sign them too I could leave the VR Mansion"

says Riddhima with a smile on her face which can be seen in her eyes too

"Mr Chauhan, thanks for coming till here. I will send you the documents soon. However, I need to discuss a few things with my wife first"

says Vansh

"Well, you can do it while I'm still here with her, Mr Rai Singhania. Being her lawyer I need to know if you have any negotiations to do with her"

says, Mr Chauhan

Controlling his anger, Vansh says,

"I won't harm your client, Mr Chauhan. Over and above, she is legally my wife until I sign the papers. So yes I will send the documents by hands of Angre later. But now, you can leave."

Understanding where he was coming from and knowing how much Riddhima once loved Vansh, Mr Chauhan sighs and looks at Riddhima and pats her.

"You know it's never fifty-fifty in a marriage. It's always seventy-thirty, or sixty-forty or fifty-five forty-five at the most. Someone falls in love first. Someone puts someone else up on a pedestal. Someone works very hard to keep things rolling smoothly; while someone else sails along for the ride. So yeah, decide what you feel to do is right for you, Riddhima. I know you have done your part but then again, we all want your happiness"

says Mr Chauhan to her and giving a look to Vansh before he leaves the place

"Now, what is that you want to talk to me Vansh?"

asks Riddhima

Vansh tries to talk to her,

"Riddhima.."

but his words get cut in the middle when Aryan says,

"Mr Mohan Panday, you here? At this time? Did something happened again?"

"No, Aryan. Nothing like that. Everything is in control. However, I need Mrs Riddhima for her statement. Kailash has tried to kill her, so we need her for testimony"

says Mohan alerting Vansh making him remember what trauma she went through

"No Need, Mohan. She already went through much. Whatever it is, ask me. I will come with you"

says Vansh taking steps towards Mohan but Riddhma stops him by pulling him back

"No, Vansh. It is my fight, so let me deal with it. Mr Mohan, can we discuss this in the office room if you are fine with it"

says Riddhima

"Sure, Mrs Riddhima,"

says Mohan

"It's a Riddhima. I'm not married to him. I signed the divorce papers"

says Riddhima making Mohan turn and look at Vansh in shock and Vansh burn in frustration

"Until I sign the paper you are my wife Riddhima. You are Mrs Riddhima Vansh Rai Singhania"

says Vansh while looking at the couple Mohan understood the situation of their relationship and walks away to the office room.

Riddhima turns towards Vansh and looks at him with unknown emotions which Vansh couldn't pinpoint at and she leaves from the room while Sejal looks at Vansh and says,

"You lost the battle man. You are fighting a battle which you cannot win."

"You underestimate me Sejal. I will win her back, you just wait and watch"

says Vansh with a smirk

Sejal looks at him and says,

"Vansh, let me give you a bit of free advice. To make a fresh start, at times you need to break free from the past. You cannot move forward while the past still holds you back. Now, rest is up to you"

making Vansh wonder "Did he lost the battle and should let her go?"

*********************

The office room:-

"Sorry for the delay, Mr Mohan,"

says Riddhima coming with two coffee mugs placed on a tray held in her hand

Picking a Coffee mug Mohan says,

"I know, I might have come at the wrong time"

"No, it's fine,"

says Riddhima taking her cup of Coffee

"I know it's personal but are you moving away from Vansh?"

asks Mohan

Riddhima smiles at him and sips the coffee.

"I don't want to be in this marriage just to be married for the name's sake. I can't think of anything lonelier than spending the rest of my life with someone I can't talk to, or worse, someone I can't be silent with"

says Riddhima

"He cares for you, Mrs Riddhima,"

says Mohan keeping the cup aside.

"I know. But, there comes a time in your life when you have to choose to turn the page, write another book or simply close it. And I'm currently at that juncture, Mohan. I am tired and it's time I take some rest from relationships and enjoy myself"

says Riddhima keeping her Coffee aside and asks,

"So tell me what you want to know about Kailash?"

Understanding Riddhima doesn't want to discuss more he says,

"Everything"

making Riddhma take a deep sigh while Mohan puts a recorder on the desk and put it on to record everything every single detail

After a few hours

"So, yes I told you everything and now it's up to you how you get him the punishment,"

says Riddhima

"I never knew we could get such a big clue but I think now that you revealed things I need to meet those people also. Don't you think so?"

asks Mohan

'Sure, I will give you the number and I'm sure they are ready to help"

says Riddhima

"Are you angry with them?"

asks Mohan

"I will deal with them later,"

says Riddhima with a smile on her face while Mohan smiles at her and says,

"I'm glad I met you Mrs Riddhima. I don't know what your future name would be, however, I wish you all the happiness in the world,"

says Mohan leaving with a smile on his face.

Vansh was feeling restless considering half day went with her talking about Kailash Chachu with Mohan and he wasn't allowed because that's her statement and confidentiality to be maintained. Not that he needs to know anything as he knows everything but he just wanted to be with her. He finally saw Mohan leaving and Riddhima coming out of the room and he runs towards her hugging her which surprises Riddhima.

Riddhima tries to come out of the hug; and seeing her struggling and being uncomfortable in the hug though it hurts Vansh, he leaves her and asks,

"Are you okay?"

Riddhima could sense the sincere concern from him making her reply she says,

"I'm fine"

Remembering what Angre said last time about her being "I'm fine" Vansh asks her again,

"Are you sure, you are fine? You can tell me anything"

Riddhima smiles a little and says,

"I'm fine and I can take care of myself, Vansh. Now, could we talk about what you wanted to say so that I can leave"

says Riddhima making Vansh take a deep sigh

"I don't want to divorce you, Riddhima"

declares Vansh while Riddhima observes him.

"Well, I want to, considering you married me to hurt Kabir,"

says Riddhima and Aryan was the first one to stand beside her

"I think she is right Bhai. Considering you never married her for the sake of love, now when she wants to move out, why are you stopping her?"

asks Aryan making Vansh want to punch him but he controls himself.

"Aryan is right, Vansh,"

says Rudra Chachu making Vansh wonder "What happened to all of them? Why are they standing against me today?"

"Chachu, Aryan let me take care of my problem. Please don't interfere"

says Vansh

"Are we not your family, Vansh?"

ask Chanchal

"Chachi, please. It's not time to discuss all this. Let me sort things out with Riddhima first"

says Vansh impatiently

"No, Vansh. First, listen to us. Whatever you did with her is wrong and she has all rights to think about her life. You cannot force your new-found feelings on her like that"

says Rudra making Vansh scowl at him

"Enough, all of you,"

says Dadi and walks up to Riddhima and catches her hands,

"Riddhima, I always considered you as my daughter. Can you not give one more chance to us and Vansh, please?"

ask Dadi making a sad smile form on Riddhima's face

"Can I ask you a question, Dadi?"

asks Riddhima

"Yes, ask me anything beta. I'll answer you"

replies Dadi

"The other day when Vansh came down and asked you if everyone in the family was present. You said everyone and even counted Uma maa who was in the bedroom but you missed me. Was I not your family and daughter at that time, Dadi?"

ask Riddhima making Dadi along with Vansh go in guilt except of course for Ishani and Chachi the two most indifferent people present there while making the rest of the family members feel uncomfortable.

"Okay, leave this, answer another question. Every day I wear Mangalsutra and Sindoor no matter what. Even when you knew what was the condition of our marriage because even if I wouldn't wear them for a single day you will remind me about my husband and love. Then Why I had never seen you saying the same to Ishani? Is it not because she has an identity besides being Angre's wife while my only identity in this house is of Vansh's wife if not that I am nothing to you or anyone, no individuality. My only existence in this house has been of Vansh's wife"

asks Riddhima making Dadi stand there in guilt

"I'm not blaming you Dadi. It's just I'm saying even you have never considered me truly as a part of the family. If anything happens to Vansh, you ask why didn't I saved him? Well, did he ever saved me? When had he behaved like an honourable husband with me? When had he given me that respect, forget that when had anyone in this family treated me like a human and given me that basic respect as a human? As a woman?"

asks Riddhima making Vansh understand where all and everything went wrong

"Now, you tell me, being a woman, Am I right or Am I right?"

asks Riddhima making Dadi look at her with a sad smile not being able to meet her eyes while tears were falling from the older lady's eyes

Riddhima walks past Dadi and reaches Aryan,

"I know we had a very bad start but the way you are turning into a fine man. I'm proud of you Aryan. I wish I could have met this version of you before"

says Riddhima with a smile on her face making Aryan look at her,

"Thank you for entering into our lives. I know even if it was for a short while only, but then you taught us a lot, Riddhima"

says Aryan though he wanted to hug her he didn't know how would she react hence he is stopped himself.

Understand his emotions, Riddhima hugs him making everyone stunned including Vansh

"Since when these two ended up bonding with each other?" Vansh thought

Riddhima moves to Vansh and stands before him and asks,

"Now tell me what is that you wanted to say apart from declaring what you want?"

while Vansh was left tongue-tied and not knowing where to begin with.

Yes, Dadi should know what she is doing. Just because Ridhima is ready to take everything, one cannot always ask her to take everything. There's a limit and everyone in that family has reached her limit.
