The episode begins with Vanraj trying to persuade Anupama into giving in to the demands of the school administration n accept the fault and the double salary .
He tries to enumerate the advantages of her double salary at this juncture. Anupama refuses to sell her honesty for the sake of a few bucks !!
She could not sell integrity n truth. She could not sell her motherly feelings for her child and for those kids whom she has seen caught by the flames. Anupama states nothing in this country can be changed until they fear the fine or punishment . Just like wearing seat belts and helmets .
Baa and Vanraj scold Anupama , that she should not compare running a school with wearing seat belts. He wants her to hand him the damned signed paper n get over with this argument .
Anu tears that papers on his face n throws it away . She refuses to let the school get away with their faults and their lies .
Kinjal , Samar, Babuji and mama ji support Anupamaa.
Vanraj challenges Anupama to try n go against the administration, he gives her time until next morning or face dire consequences.
He challenges her he will make sure she will not be able to gather any evidences .
Anupama, Nandini and Samar meet parents n students and seek their help and give witness to the incident when Anupama was insisting on Induction stove n refusing Gas stove . Parents thank Anu profusely for saving the kids' lives . But they refuse to give any evidence or Witness as they had been warned by School that their child will be thrown out of school if they went against the authorities.
Samar, Anupama and Nandini try to get her evidence against school authorities . But fail.
Shah family is shocked as the newspaper publishes report of school fire and accuse Anupama of being mentally unstable . Her mental state was the reason her husband Vanraj had filed for divorce . Her mental state makes her unsuitable to become school teacher n safeguard students lives.
Baa taunts Anupama .
Vanraj is hogged by reporters who demand his statements over the matter published in the news papers . Vanraj refuses to say anything until the investigation was completed .
anupama is called by the school to attend school committee meeting with trustees n school administration. Vanraj tries to persuade Anupama into giving into principal’s demands n safeguard Pakhi’s future . Not to let this matter reach courts , not to make his elderly parents take rounds of the court .
Anupama is ready to fight for what is the truth. She refuses to take the blame when it was the administration’s fault n not hers .
