The revenge story was ruined from season 2 where they made revenge a joke by bringing back vikrant and bela just killing one guy and then they bringing new villains

Four was revenge but again they side tracked that and instead of brinda and nayan they got vish

So they decided revenge toh waise bhi nhi ho rha hai so this season was just love mostly and now when that's done they are like screw revenge fully and get vampire naagin story after cheel naagin

So yeah even I'm disappointed naagin should be back with a bank with hardcore revenge

And season 1 ans 2 feels

they can't name it naagin6 as its about a vampire and a mix of naagin cheel

More or less, Kuch to Hai is Naagin 6. Maybe Ekta thought that name change may yield some more ratings for the show. Like how she changed the name of Naagin 4, i.e Naagin Bhagya Ka Zehereela Khel... Moreover, the BGMs are still the same...

Still it is not official that who is Priya 'Naagin or Cheel or Vampiress'... Other than that, Season 5 is about Cheels (yeah Bani is naagin but story revolve around cheel parivaar) but still it was named Naagin 5. And in season 4, for popularity stunt, they gave a tagline for that. It is somewhat like that..

In season 1 and 2, the cousins gang is full of life and villains are devilish and humorous. In season 3, the cousin gang was wicked/weird and they were the main murderers... The elders were good.

But in season 4, the cousin gang is filled with filth and cringes. Literally their scenes are terrible.

So, Season 5 family is somewhat a good selection. The only problem I had is, the secret of the cellar. It looks like anything can happen in that house and anyone can be hidden in the cellar...

the articles say that she is a mix ir naagin n cheel like markat n the hero is a vampire.as you said its not confirmed.the hero may turn out to be the child of vani.but if the articles are true then either the hero or the heroine will be a pure naag /naagin.so they can't name it naagin6.

I agree with you regarding the prior season families, but I guess people liked that better especially trp aunties.

In this season there were no supporting character, I.e. strong supporting characters. The characters from the family weren’t utilised that much, like they were all just props. In season 3, the cousins were used well, in season 1 not much but we had ShivSha and the villains. In season 4 they used both, here in season 5 not much.

So true. If the makers thought, they could show some strong supporting characters.

Meera, Jai's aunt, Jai's dadi, Balwant and Shukla had a lot of potential. But Jai's family was forgotten and rest were doormat. I feel, the makers are not confident in what they are showing... That's why story keeps changing every weekend

Naagin 5 from day 1 the story looked stretched without any reason

Bichare writers..Naagin and Veer went on Moon...matlab kuch bhi😆

So far Naagin 1 is best and then Naagin 3 is good.

Naagin 4 was just ok.

Naagin 2 and 5 most of the time Fast fwd is also boring😆

I agree with the rest, Naagin is boring without the revenge and Naagmani, Romance is fine in it's place but what people want is drama which comes via revenge not superhero stories. The only thing I liked in this season was Veer who was the Cheel, but they had to show the Cheel's as villain's till the end even though Veer is good which makes no sense or is less intriguing. I only liked Veer this season along with his chemistry with Bani. That's it!! The ending is going to be shit as predicted, this memory loss track was a big mistake.

My issue with so much jaap about nagmani in naagin series is that they never actually focus well on what the nagmani is capable of doing. Like they should show a very strong track on what a person can use the nagmani for, but instead the entire drama is usually around something else and nagmani only getting mentioned here and there or people trying to steal it. IMO the nagmani has never been utilised properly at all in any of the seasons.

They can't start a new season in 1 year may be this is why season 6 is not launched.

But they could give a new name for this new story as it will just destroy "nagin" concept. Snake and vampire are not same. LOL. Writers need to watch "animal planet" sometimes. 🤪
