I feel like this is someone we don't know that is related to the mystery.

Might not be the case that Kaka knows him, but might be more the case that Avni doesn't want Kaka to know what she's doing behind his back, like she is working with all these gundas and kidnapping people. She is not as innocent as she looks, she is definitely working with this mastermind.

So Malhar has a majboori due to which he has to stay away. So I feel this hostage may be what Malhar needs to topple this mastermind. That might be the connection. Maybe he is a witness or can give some evidence.

Yep his caption said sting operation. So not sure if this is to expose Avni.

One thing is for sure. I feel Avni will be done after the end of these 7 days. The overall mystery, I'm not sure about that one, that might be extended. But I also feel Avni will provide some key evidence or clues to resolve it.
