Well if people could question why Abhinav didn't confront Rakhi the moment she pulled his strings and why did he do it the next day, then its' perfectly fine for Rubina to question why Devo had to wait couple hours to revisit it. Anyway Devo has been a good addition to the show, she's providing the masala quotient
