Wonder these people reaction would have been if Rahul woul have thrown dirty water on Rubina or Abhinav.

Means a guy flirting random girls.But its also sometimes implies for a pervert,obssed with lust,horny young guy. Similar meaning terms like randwe(male prostitute ),vassna ki pujari(horny,lust guy),kamdev ka pujari(devotee of sex god kamdev)

Having affair is not same as tharki behavior
