I don't think Rani will be shot either. Here's how I imagine things will go down now:

Rani will enter the scene.

Birju will shoot a bullet but in thin air to scare Veer, but Rani will come in between and see that.

Birju will force Veer to tell Rani the truth.

Rani will ask Veer whether what Birju is saying is true.

Veer will finally tell Rani about Ranisa or to not cause her any problem since she is not well, he will say "I am not leaving my wife anywhere" to Birju directly.

They naturally complete and balance each other. ❤️

If you think about it, Kiara and Veer pair would have never worked. They both have different ideals altogether. Kiara thinks too highly of her status and power, whereas Veer is down to earth and respects everyone regardless of their background. This is a recipe for rifts; they both would have never understood each other.

Same thing with Birju and Rani but they are too similar. Both of them are hot headed. That doesn't work in the long term when problems in life come up.

RanVeer are perfect. They share the same ideals about life, family and people generally (being kind etc). And yet their personalities are different enough to keep a balance in their lives. ❤️

The moment Veer follows his heart, like you said, he comes out much stronger emotionally and mentally. yeah that's what I imagine as well. I saw stills of where she is in his arms again because she fainted but I assume this is what it may lead to. The unveiling of the truth

that's what I said!!! the possessive Veer.

Imagine Veer with his red eyes, holding onto Rani for his dear life and telling Birju 'don't you dare come near my wife' and takes her from there and takes care of her.

I can only dream about such a situation
