Yeah and a lot of these things tend to be Chinese whispers that go around the fandom and become a kind of universal "truth" that people always refer to in vague, coded terms - i.e. 'if you know, you know' types.

I mean, as with the situation here, if the fans weren't happy with the way Shivika ended then I'm sure NM and SC weren't either. They lived those characters daily for years.

The other thing with EK is that once you're in, you're in - unless you really screw up. She'll eventually find something for you, and she'll never really run out of jobs. For an actor that has to provide some level of security!

💯 Agree...if a cator doesn't like something then she's sure to find something that he or she will like..so yeah some kinda job security in a industry which offers none.

About screwing up... I don't think sc is stupid enough to screw this up. And ek seems to like her, reposting her stories and commenting on her posts...not all actors get this ig!!

I wish they'd expanded on this at the time. There were a couple of times where Meera was like "you know Veer loves you" and Bani would brush it off as not "the right time" but you could tell she knew it too, and was softening towards him. I also loved that scene in the Shakura track where she tells Meera how Veer wore her ring and "zabardasti" put the mangalsutra on her, and the animated way in which she retells the story makes it obvious to Meera that something more is going on within Bani...it was moments like that that had me convinced that Bani was feeling things towards him, just being very stubborn about accepting these feelings.

Just from a perspective of discussion, I'd like to know this too. From what I saw, her last days of IB weren't 'bad' at all. In fact, it was highly emotional for her, you could see how attached she was to Anika and Shivika. She had lived Anika thoroughly for what 3 years and more. 1.5 years before the show started and the years it actually aired. Her relationship with all her costars was so genuine too and I feel like she has found close friends (esp Shrenu, Mansi and even Neha) for life.

But I'd like more opinions on this too.

You know...for us as a third pov anika might be the character that bought her fame and fans and love...but maybe from her pov its bani that has bought her contacts and an in into the industry.

As for friendships, yeah she's very close with neha, shrenu and mansi and nk!! Even her and kunal are very good friends ...

I think all the issues in the end just spoiled the vibe the mood yk...she was already sad that she was leaving, then to deal with all that stuff. Must have spoiled it for her.

Obviously, like now she was playing pretend pretend that everything's fine and dandy...but then you can't air out for frustrations na!!!
