Any chance you've been downing one too many Red Bulls before bed? Couldn't resist throwing that out there, you don't want that to go unaccounted for. 😆


I've had some anxiety episodes but I've been fortunate enough to have a good support system to fall back on. Insomnia is also there cuz I've always been a night owl but nothing that can't be controlled with some melatonin... it fixes the circadian rhythm in a couple of days and works while traveling too. I think it's important to have a healthy routine to keep you grounded and present.

There has been incessant crying all day and night. I am just hoping I don't take some wrong step right now. That's why everything depends on my family and God now.

I want to apologize to everyone on this forum who I have offended or hurt knowingly or unknowingly. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart. Who knows I am suffering so hard because of which karma of mine. God bless everyone here. Thanks for everything.

😕 Not sure if I'm missing the context here, and I also don't know how old you are but I can say with confidence that no one is "hurt" by you here. No matter what the intent behind your posts are, some people might be slightly annoyed or roll their eyes here and there but nothing is seriously offending on a personal level. You're sitting too close to the screen and reading too much into people and their reactions if you even feel the need to apologize. There's absolutely no need to be apologetic for writing what you feel even if it ruffles some feathers. Most of the people post offhandedly without putting too much thoughts into their posts and respond when someone quotes them. I think you need to relax and perhaps take a break from the forum if you have to. These are particularly trying times for most of the people and you're not alone there either.

Thanks for your kind words. Maybe you are right regarding this forum and its members. They have been mostly nice. But still I felt like genuinely apologizing.


But in my real life, even though I can't share but I do know that everything is my fault. I messed up big time. That's why it's so frustrating and eating me up from inside. I may have to face some serious consequences as well. I don't know what I am writing. It's just God and my family right now.

Of course.:) I can't advice you on something I don't know about. If you're not comfortable sharing something on open forum, perhaps PM-ing your friends here will help you get things off your chest. If it helps at all, feel free to shoot me a PM if you need a friendly ear. Things are often not as bad as you make them out to be when you're experiencing them and that's something you often realize in hindsight after you ride it out. So hang in there and take one day at a time.

No No. I am not comfortable with private messaging with anyone. But thanks for your precious words. I shall try my best to hang in there. If not for myself, then atleast my family.

I only drink Red Bull in the morning or afternoon that too on occasion. Never at night. Yes I take melatonin sometimes it helps and sometimes not. For example I just slept for 5 hours and now I’m awake 40 minutes can’t fall back asleep 😴 🤦‍♂️ 😝

Bathe once more at night with lavender essential oil in bath water. It gives me sound sleep... My sleep pattern has been disturbed ever since I had my kid, it is better now
