I've had some anxiety episodes but I've been fortunate enough to have a good support system to fall back on. Insomnia is also there cuz I've always been a night owl but nothing that can't be controlled with some melatonin... it fixes the circadian rhythm in a couple of days and works while traveling too. I think it's important to have a healthy routine to keep you grounded and present.
