Mrs Roy wants to bless Mithayi , Jamayi babu seeks permission from. Thamma and she asks her to carry on n vacates the seat.
Tess asks Sid what was wrong with her mom ?? Why did she want to bless that girl ??
Mrs Roy taunts Mithayi what could she bless her with ?? She had already acquired such a huge mansion, wealth and a handsome guy were already hers !!
Mithayi n her mom are taken aback .
Mithayi replies she did not need anything , Mithayi knew how to work hard n earn her own living . She was very happy to live with her own earnings . All are emotional at Mithayi’s words and pleased with her reply . Mrs Roy asks Mithayi not to get annoyed , her Dadayi was old timer and he was used to his old ways and Mithayi was taking advantage of that . This was totally her cleverness n such qualities were needed these days to rise in life, isn’t it ??
Sid and Mithayi’s mom are annoyed by this remark . Mrs Roy says it was foolishness to get caught in such cleverness .
Dadayi says he was happy to remain foolish , he thanks Mrs Roy for her remark.
Mithayi then states this is the reason she was not in favour of this hurried marriage , they had come to Kolkata for a reason and they should have gone back to their hometown Jarayi after that . Now people will accuse her like this and they were right !! .

Dadayi tells Mithayi that this marriage was solely his wish and no body else’s opinion was needed , if any one raised objections it would meen insulting him , Mithayi looks down I, Mrs Roy apologises, she never wanted to insult him, it’s just that world had changed n it was no longer like olden days .

Mithai is so blessed to have such amazing ppl standing by her side be it Dadu, Kaka, Pishi or Sreetama. The family bonding is best part and I want it to stay same during testing times.
Everything is perfect . The only thing that I find odd is Dadayi and Grand ma expect their daughter to present most of the time at maika instead of taking care of her own household 🙄🤔😒

Its just Pishi and her husband. Her husband is part of family business but I suppose not treated at par in making decisions hence so much bitterness.
