Part 1
Karan is working for the military force. On that day, Karan and his team had destroyed the terrorists and had accomplished their mission.
Preeta had completed her college degree, but she didn't dare to face her father as she had completed her studies against his wishes.

Karan gets the bravery award.

Karan & Preeta wait for the bus.
Some goons attack Preeta.
Karan saves her from the goons.
The bus arrives.
Both get on the bus.
Preeta takes a bus towards Lonawala.
Karan is on the way to Mumbai.
The bus stops at Lonavala.
Preeta gets down and goes near the water spring.
Karan gets down to have food.
He sees Preeta near the spring and goes to save her.
Suddenly her legs slip, and she holds the rock.
Karan tries to bring her up, but he fails.
Both fall into the river.
Karan saves Preeta from getting drowned and gets her back.
After she recovers, Karan said, "Don't you know that life is precious? If you wanted to die, you should have told me. I wouldn't have saved you from these goons."
Flashback
While they were waiting for the bus, Karan thinks of making a friendship with Preeta.
Karan: I am Karan.
Preeta: I heard a lot about you. I guess you are the same military person.
Karan: Yes, you are right. I am getting the water-bottle for the journey.
Flashback ends
Preeta cries, "What's the point in living? I wanted freedom, and my grandma supported me. But my dad is very much displeased. Now that my studies are complete, I have to go back to my place. My dad is an old-timer, and he will kill me. Instead of that, it is better that I kill myself."
Karan: Your dad would be proud of you.
Preeta: No, you don't know him. He wanted to get me married. Even in the hostel, I got a call from my aunt.

Preeta: I cannot marry now. I have to complete my studies.
