Re: Police-Reporter ki jodi....lol I think agar yeh koi web series hota toh that would be manageable....but yeh daily soap hai where they have to run a family drama.....so Imlie ko proper police officer nahin banaayenge.....the story is mainly running on her innocence and jhallapan.....police officer ban gayi toh woh kaise chalega😆.....Gul ain't making DABH2 here😆

I sometimes feel people read more into Adi's actions than he's currently doing😆

Matlab forum mein people are SO floored that he blasted that Manager for Imlie.....but it's not like Adi ko Imlie ka khayaal bhi tha in the Mall until that moment....he just chanced upon her and then went to sunaao the Manager.....so is sab mein logon ko 'intensity' kahaan se mil rahi hai? lol

Ofcourse I'm not saying ki it's not notable that Adi is doing things like picking a kurta for Imlie on his own....woh khayaal khud se aaya without some coincidence pushing him to buy it....but at the same time, I feel people need to lower their expectations for what Adi will be willing to take a stand and speak up for when it comes to Imlie at this point. I don't think he's at the point where he will be defending Imlie that directly in front of Mrs. C ki bakwaas....cuz agar woh ho gaya toh story will shift cuz Adi won't be able to cover up his protectiveness for Imlie as he's being able to currently with defensive excuses.

I'm just saying ki yeh jo one-off scenes ho rahe hain where Adi goes over to talk and laugh with Imlie....these are nice but people shouldn't build their expectations much over him showing his care for Imlie more obviously than that.

I know everyone wants to believe he's already in love with Imlie😆.....but I still don't think that's the case....abhi bas care/concern hai and ek bahut subconscious attachment....cuz agar conscious hota toh he wouldn't be able to juggle his equation with Malini as easily alongside newfound hasna bolna with Imlie....the fact that he's still comfortable playing husband with Malini means ki Imlie-wise he's not in that conscious space yet....bahut hi subconscious hai sab....and even in his subconscious it's not really love....ek intense attachment hai abhi.

Waise humne woh kurta itna discuss kar liya, will Imlie even wear it anytime soon?😆.....matlab is it a kurta she can wear with her salwaars ki isko makeover denge so that she can wear jeans and a kurta?😆

Ya phir yeh kurta bhi woh Meethi-Imlie photo frame ki tarhaan gaayab ho jaayega never to be mentioned again😆

I totally agree with everything you have said here but esp the bold and that brings me to how people really don't actually try to understand the characters and take everything at face value.. bas ek din care dikha di toh love ho gaya caz that is what they are used too seeing shallow on the surface excuses. Ek din jhidak dia toh villain ho gaye..nobody actually tries to understand the scenarios and emotions.. haven't we seen this for way too long in shivika ka case bhi where people were too quick to judge and blame sso bina understanding where he was coming from most of the times..

Yes adi has started to show concern but it is at a very basic level more on humanity grounds then any kind of love realization.. share things are shifting he is starting to speak up for her when needed and support her but it is still very backhanded and lout of general insaniyat.. he hasn't realized koi deep love ya kuch bhi. He is protecting her just as he thinks he would for others too woh toh hum jaante hain ke there is a huge contrast in his actions towards others and inlie due to the bonding they have he does go a bit extreme for imlie and reacts strongly towards her.. woh yeh nahi jaanta..

So yeah all this extra famgirling and expecting ke yahan toh koi khidkitod actions of live ya declarations hoga ya start ho gaya hai koj amar pyara bihat zyada hai.. I do get touched by his actions but one has to understand the character graph too . People MU the actions and then make assumptions and then bhaith ke cry all day. Jab zaroorat se zyada bhaith ke socho ge and kahaniyan banaoge mangharat toh no wonder that they are always disappointed. Basic thing is people can't see the grey areas ot is either black or white for them and wohi yeh samjhte hain... this show isn't that seedha

Like the manager wala incident he didn't actively was involved going and taking some badla situation aisi ban gayi and he went and on humanitarian grounds spoke up about the clear misbehavior of that manager..

But chalo agar itna sa bhi logon ko khushi deta hai toh lage rahe hain apne delusion main kuch toh positivity phelayein though yehi log hala machine sabse pehle kal when he will be with malini.. phir bhaith ke deinge galiyan and from character POV those actions won't be wrong caz he's just be wih hsi wife but woh inko samjh nahi aayega

LOL bhai college jaane ke liye pehle koi admission toh dilvaaye bechaari ko😆.....but they all seem to be quite content having her just floating around the house doing ghar ka kaam but not really being a "naukrani"😕😆

Oh I've become attached to her current look too....itni cute and simple hai usmein....so I'm also not sure how it will feel if they switch her to some ethnic fusion look for college😆

The other funny thing about that kurta will be that Malini has an exact same one like that which she bought for herself🤣

@bold: WORD....This.so.much. People have become used to slotting all characters into easy labels and har action ko hype karne ki aadat bhi ho gayi hai in good and bad ways....sab kuch black and white chahiye.....ki agar ek achhi cheez kar do toh woh hero ban gaya, usko pyar ho gaya.....then next moment, if he doesn't do anything special for Imlie ya phir he goes back to Malini, then woh villain ho gaya, coward ho gaya etc. etc.

Actually what's more irritating is the way people can't pick a side and stick to it.....agar Adi sach mein unko coward and villain lagta hai toh stick to that "logic" na.....how does he suddenly become "hot" if they think him scolding one Manager means ki ab pyar ho gaya?😆.....matlab the only constant is shallow judgements, aur kuch nahin....lol

The writers are deliberately downplaying Adi's character a lot, especially for a Gul show.....only the fact that him and Imlie have the main theme song and pretty much every "sign of destiny" keeps showing that they will get together eventually shows us where the graph is going.....but in the current scenario, aisa kuch bhi nahin hai for people to build such fantasies of "lowe" over.....lol matlab he's doing the bare minimum for Imlie at this point still on a mostly human/general caring level.....only we as audiences can see his subconscious shift and contrast from before but even with that, nothing he's done so far rises to the level of attraction or love.

I do wonder why people keep setting themselves up for a fall over and over again jabki story mein Adi-Imlie ka equation remains so understated in development....lol I know they keep spinning fantasies cuz they are thirsting for those to come true but itna thirsty hone se Adi woh nahin ban jaayega that you are imagining in your heads😆.

The story is better enjoyed when ppl don't thopo expectations of such hyper fantasies onto the characters and let it play out.....especially Adi ke case mein toh main sach mein bolungi ki bahut lower kar lo expectations.....lol meri already low hain and maine aur bhi lower kar li hain😆.....don't expect this guy to take a grand stand for Imlie anytime soon.....least of all in the city. PD waalon ke saamne hi suddenly patni bol deta hai😆.....sheher mein nahin hai guts abhi....and sheher mein it's easier for him to hang back as his family swarms around Imlie😆.

Re: Nakku.....LOL yes, it reminds me of Nakku too but bechaari Nakku literally had only 3-4 suits that they used to keep repeating.....Imlie ko toh they still give more variety even in this salwaar-kameez look😆....I've noticed ki prints badalte rehte hain thode bahut.

Tripathis and Imlie are both amazingly content with this weird arrangement where she does the ghar ka kaam but apparently isn't a servant and so I doubt she's getting paid for it either😆.....I guess she feels ki un logon ne rehne ko jagah de di, ghar mein padha rahe hain so she's happy enough for now😆...
