Thank you! 🤗 It took me some time to get here. No matter how much support one person get from loved ones, if we are not going to support ourselves, we won’t be able to do anything other than just drown in self pity. It’s important to acknowledge that our disorders are going to be part of us and we have to deal with it. Once you are able to accept, you realise you are not different from another person. You won’t self pity yourself. Self pity is the biggest mistake all of us do.

I admit there's been times in my life I put in my headphones listen to music and engage in self pitying but I figured out it doesn't help anything. Trying to go on Day to day is best

By the way, Chamomile tea helps to relax and sleep... make sure you are not allergic though.

Thanks I’ll look into. Insomnia still gets to me sometimes. Let’s say I sleep 8/9 hours thru the night one evening. I know the next I can hardly fall asleep. I usually drink ice tea but I’ll try this tea 👌

I can't share the reason. But I am suffering from some severe depression, anxiety and insomnia right now. I think I am going to consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible. I feel I have messed up my life.


I am just thankful to God and my family right now that I am still alive.

If you don’t wanna share it’s fine but take it from nothing is bad as it seems. An I know it’s not politically correct thing to say but maybe taken solace in the other people in the world who have it worse 😆 Like you mentioned your family you have still. Lots of people have no family at all. ❤️

Thank you. I never thought I would go through all this in my life. Yes there are so many who have it worse. But right now nothing is helping. I thought maybe writing something here might help. But the condition has just worsened. I feel clueless. I am totally disoriented. Right now I have given my everything to my parents. My body and soul everything. They are taking care of me. I hope I can recover from all this shit. God knows what wrong I did that I am suffering so much. There is a big feeling of hopelessness right now. I don't even know why I am sharing here. Maybe I shouldn't. I hope God gives me the strength to overcome everything.
