You know we had a finite series of 176 episodes in the past performed by cinema actors. The series was titled 'Bhoomikanya' and the story was very good based on a life of a herpetologist and her adventures. At that time the show was launched 9:00 pm prime time. Comparable to other shows it had less ratings but the show was popular. Star Jalsha then said in future they will bring more shows like this and they brought it too like a detective anthology series titled 'Aloukik na loukik' which was based on how a gang of five friends exposes the superstitious spreaders, the show was underrated as the execution wasn't that interesting. Prothoma Kadombini is ending abruptly and people are extremely angry over here. They requested the channel to shift it to 8:30 pm as Sanjher baati has gone bullshit and ratings had decreased too but still channel wants to keep it. Star Jalsha often does this, they give the crass family dramas at prime time and good quality shows like EAN slots like 5:30 pm. 🤢

Yaar prothoma kadombini 8:30 pe bahut accha karta as it was getting 6+ on 6pm slot toh im sure 8:30 pe toh yeh 8-9 tvr laata

And EAN ko 10:30pm dena chahiye tha instead of dragging crap KAKP

EAN should have got 9:00 pm actually. Because not a single 9:00 pm show had above 4+ ratings except Bhaggolokkhi, but EAN was launched before Bhaggolokkhi. But actually the reason was internal politics between channel and ph. The guy who plays Sreemoyee's brother in law in Sreemoyee is related to channel and he had some deal with channel that only Leena shows will get prime time slot. It was a very dirty decision to ruin EAN and take it off.

Seriously yaar jitna soch te hai ITV change ho jaayega utna hi ITV regressive hota jaata hai. Starplus is still trying to be modern but yet semi regressive, Sab's quality had decreased right now, only Sony shows have the quality but they are very few. Cartoon channels mein only Shinchan has the contemporary style but Doraemon has got ruined because they are remaking the old episodes of 1999 and 2000. Other than that there's no hindi dubbing of foreign sitcoms, no sitcoms like these ABT, Kya Mast Hai Life etc. What a shitty age !! 😭😭😭😭

9 to 10 pm shows never have better quality. 9 pm to 10 pm audience is more modern and mature not aunties. Koi bhi trp content show iss time pe kaam nahi karta but still Jalsha keep bringing it. In Zee Bangla, Bokul Kotha was a very good show where the FL was a tomboy and the ML was a snarly guy. The show had all the fun and content with all the crass editing and execution but it had only 8+ ratings. Never gone above 10+
