Its good to look at compared to the first wedding pic..both of them especially riddhu was looking like a zombir in the first pic...here both have wrapped their arms around each other and are smiling

Yeah true.thats why i made the hypocrite statement..but i also like that when she said she ll fail as a wife and will not be able to face herself forever.. atleast she understands the magnitude of the blame she has put of him

Vansh was fantastic today..that tears in his eyes.. when he broke the glass i thought he might relate it to himself but he related it to riddhima's pain.. that is fantastic growth and maturity i would say.

Episode 178 Analysis

The newly married couple enjoy their Mafia-spy suhagraat,

while Kabir sings "Rukmani rukmani shaadi ke baad kya kya hua" outside and

Aryan in the background provide the "Ho ho oh Ho" beat to the song

A new day

and Riddhima and Vansh pick up where they left off

Another face off, Another confrontation by the pool side

Trusts are questioned, Accusations hurled and Promises made

An episode which belongs to the name of Vansh Rai Singhania

An episode which pretty much talks about the dynamics of the relationship of Riansh

An episode which brings out the hypocrisy in both of them

Riddhima and Vansh conveniently forgetting their own past mistakes proving they are two very flawed characters.

RIDDHIMA

Still on the crossroads, riddhima struggles to choose

She confronts vansh with a intention of getting a closure

But she fails to understand that if a decision has already been made in the head, anything said otherwise will not be convincing

We see a glimpse of the initial riddhima who accused vansh no matter what when she utters one word "Jhoot"..The same word she used when Vansh asserted that he did not kill Ragini or Sathe.

All she wants is the truth, Nothing but the truth

But is unwilling to listen since she has the "Proof"

Riddhima who just a few days ago said the we choose the destiny we want now uses the simple coin flip to decide the fate of her life.

However, she understands the magnitude of the blame that she has thrown on him

She is ready to face the truth

Its her turn to face the consequences of her choices

VANSH

Vansh on the other hand faced the consequences of his actions today

He could see the extent of pain he has caused riddhima by hiding the truth from her

His inability to open up to her, his unhealthy habit of hiding secrets from her, He faced the punishment for his choices today.

Vansh breaks the glass table with his bare hands..which seemed as if he is showing his broken heart but the way he compared the broken glass to riddhima's vulnerable condition screamed growth.

He once again realized where he went wrong in the relationship.

That unshed tears in his eyes while looking at their wedding photo just taken yesterday , both looking very happy and wonders Yeh kahan aa gaye hai hum rather than "Kya hua tera vaada"

ISHANI & SIA - The Rooks

Two sisters similar yet completely different, fiercely in love with their Vansh Bhai, the Bhai who had held them, loved them, protected them at every moment of their life.

While one goes to her brother as an advocate of her sister in law and tries to convince vansh to understand Riddhima's postion, A dysfunctional family that is the raisinghanias, Riddhima was the one who brought some warmth into it.

the other goes to her sister in law as a sister of Vansh to warn her of dire consequences if Riddhima ever tried to bring tears in the eyes of her Vansh Bhai. She warns that the punishment of love should be received by both the lovers and not just one

RIANSH/ Goddess Kali - Shiva

Maa Kali the destructive form of Shakti, summoned on a mission to kill the demons, becomes mad with blood lust over time and starts destroying everything she laid her eyes on including the innocents.

Oblivious to the real world, the calls of her husband unheard, she goes around dancing to the dance of destruction

Shiva, her husband finding no other choice, calmly lays down in front her path.

She steps on his chest accidently and immediately realises her mistake and she calms down.

Likewise Riddhima is on a rampage now. A rampage for justice..for the truth.

She will not quit. She will not even spare innocents in this...evidently.

The only person who can stop her is Vansh

The slight hand on her waist and neck to calm her down indicates the same

Vansh plays the thoughtful husband who understands the Kali that has awakened inside his wife.

As evident by the episode, on a path of finding out the truth, she will fall numerous times and every time Vansh will be there to hold her

His silent "Bas riddhima" spoke millions (Sambalo apne aap ko goes unsaid but not unheard)

than the 10 minutes accusation of riddhima.

The Day of the hearing is decided

Judges appointed

The accused is given a chance to prove himself while the real killer hides behind the bushes enjoying the case.

To tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth
