Why do you feel you were not doing well in the exam? Is it the material? Or you need more practice? Even if you are not doing well, do not feel guilty or bad. Reach out to your professor and hire a tutor if needed.

I'm actually active in one of the discord channel by @TheIndianIdiot

There they have a Daily Journal server where ppl vent about their day/life so & so and it's so wholesome - people really engage in good talks there


Make appreciation posts for each other❤️


It's quite wholesome and cute ❤️


Thats why I loved the idea of having similar thread on IF

Hi Journal ❤️

Got over with my exams

Done well so far except one paper

I hope I will pass this exam 😔

Pray for me 😆😒


Anyways 😵


I was feeling down due to the uncertainty of results therefore could not come here these days


But yesterday there was a Live concert in discord and wonderful singers sung such beautiful songs I had probably forgotten about ❤️


I'm feeling good


The first thing I'm doing till next level classes start after 4 days is - following @Bekind's advice and buying a planner nd journal


Dear Journal,

I'm going to set realistic goals for myself and fulfill them so that during next exam I won't be anxious because of time I wasted by procastinating


The structure and disciplined routine I lost last year because of lockdown , I'm going to correct that.


2021 would be dedicated for improving my mental nd physical health❤️

It is never easy to share your feeling or even start a journal. You are half way there. You are willing to work on your challenges. Just to let you know, it will take time but you will find your inner peace. Keep working on your goals. Also check with your lifestyle. What food you eating and what is working for you. Find things that makes you feel alive. Smile more often, laugh more often and feel more often. We are here as a family. You never know what you will discover this year. Listen more often, listen to the birds, listen to people complains and evaluate. This earth needs genuine people, this earth needs you.


Just remember things becomes worse, before they get better.

I did read your first post but was not able to, I wish I did so I could understand more situation of yours.


You are going through transformation. It is scary, confusing and makes you sad. Your plans are not going according to you have planned. I cannot say it will be resolved within a day, week, or month. It really depends on you and your heart and brain. All I can say it does take time. I did started medication and not one bit it helped me. I realized that I need to take care of myself.


When I was on low phase of my life. No one was there. My family did not understood what was happening to me, my friends were having their own problems. I was left alone, searching for answers, finding relief. My therapist were not able to help much. I am saying is release everything. Let healing take its own time. But please do not blame yourself, do your fault yourself. You are responsible for your own happiness and now how other sees you. You are an amazing individual who has so much to offer. Do not think college is everything because it is not.


As far your exam goes, start eating healthier food that are good for your brain. Focus on your Gut system because that is more important and more powerful to your brain. Reduce sugar intake completely. Drink more water, low sugar fruits. If you are concerned about your exam, completely avoid processed food including high carbs. I will post a video about GUT system.


I remember when I had stomach pain, my entire body was failing, our energy comes from strong immune system.


For now, take a deep breathe, smile and start doing things that will make you happy and alive. spend more time in the nature and spend more time accepting yourself.

Yes I am broken within and trying to heal myself.Hopefully I will feel better.I dont want bitterness to overcome me
