Vansh had no idea it was Kabir was plotting to end him for property using nefarious means that time.....he only thought Kabir was an interfering cop who is too determined to put him in jail....so he does get some leeway for believing the cop got evidences from his wife. But this time Riddhima KNOWS that Kabir is there only to hurt Riasinghanias to get property. She KNOWS he is a murderer of Ragini. That was originally why she brought Vihaan, to fight against Kabir hurting the parivaar. So this time she is fully aware of Kabir's motives and still expecting him to help her get to the truth.
