Who is the patient??

So we saw today there is someone dr. Neil is taking care of...can he be piyush or manish( aishwarya's boyfriend)...the way he said i cant take him to my hospital it means he is saving this guy from someone..they showed aishwarya flirting with de.neil so its possible that manish is somewhere related to him...the guy played piyush is doing some other show so i dont think he is gonna come back...its possible that dr. Neil becomes negative after finding out the truth about mayura and omkaar...do share ur views..

I dont think its him...i think its manish who had an accident just before mayura's accident...and he will be the one who will expose aishwarya...

So it is kundan...but what is mayura's fault in all this...why ruin her life when she has already suffered a lot..she has suffered much more than kundan..how can neel be so dumb to not realise mayura is also a victim...poor story shown..they cud show that neel is protective towards mayura and love her...not any revenge drama..as i heard show is ending so they turned neel negative to make mayura realise omkaar's love for her and reunite them...i want them to get reunited too but not like this...i want proper apology from omkaar as well as aishwarya out of the picture...omkaar's mother shud apologise to her too...not like neel is bad and omkaar is good so mayura chooses omkaar...i hope makers give the story a proper closure..

When it will end? They dont have right tracks to show.
