Doesn't BB usually read over her? In many tasks I have noticed that she starts reading the letter and then the BB voiceover takes over.

Yes, I was gonna add that bb anyway talks over her for the audience so he can give it to anybody to read it and not only someone who could read better for understanding purpose. Plus they all read on their own too later.
