I've noticed he does more wild presumptions and accusations at Imlie when he feels trapped.....lol he then instantly jumps to painting Imlie as some kind of "schemer" who is out to con him. I don't think he believes any of it but in the moment gusse mein bahut bakwaas karta hai kai baar. Yup that was important scene caz that is when i think for the first time he actually depth main processed what has happened usse pehle to he had kind of put a mental block on the proceedings sochna nahi chahta tha caz it kept him sane enough to function.. but then this kind of did a playback if everything and he realized how serious it was and what it means itna deeply and that's when it started bugging him.and he started feeling the responsibility and then meethi ke words bhi yaad aa gaye je uski toh puri zindagi hai and how much faith ke saath he was given the zimmedari toh ab kaise fail kar de on zimmedari front

This is one angle I like that they've done subtly....Adi does keep remembering from time to time ki Meethi ne kaise ise Imlie ki zimmedaari di thi....he doesn't say it overtly but the FBs are nicely blended in to show he does feel that weight of that responsibility so in his own way he tries to do things like give Imlie advice about continuing to study and make her life.....

Yup ... but uske liye isse imlie Ke pov se sochna padega and apne dukh se ubharna padega.. thebthing is he is just like every other human in a way thoda selfish isko abhi apne hi gham dikh rahe hai even when she says and tells him over and over ke mere paas toh kuch bhi nahi bacha na pyar na family na koi choice he toh still is lucky ke apno ke saath hai abhi bhi shaadi kar raha hai gets to live his life but iss bechari ka kya sab kuch toh choot gaya and aisa nahi hai ke he doesn't see it but he unsees it

Yep, Adi is very much human in that sense....it's human nature to fixate on your own pain and troubles first and dusron ka baad mein yaad aata hai....woh basic selfishness is there in most ppl. But he is a good hearted person who's conscience does prick him constantly so it shows ki he does feel Imlie's pain but abhi yeh fully samjha nahin hai....time lagega to look past his problems to fully understand the scope of Imlie's.

Woh protect kar sakta hai but those situations are life and death wali woh ngo main bhi that guy attacked her and then goli main toh marr rahi thi toh I think he associates his name to her as a shield for her so people Don't question her character further ke yeh kyon gaoonwali ke liye itna chintit hai also I think it comes from deep connect and it comes subconsciously in those problematic moments isko khud shayad realize nahi hota ke patni bol deta hai in flow... kinda like sso waise bol deta tha ke anika meri biwi hai but anika ke samne break lag jaati thi at zimmedari which used to tear her apart ke aise bol deta hai but usse nahi kehta 😆 kahin na kahin toh mann main biwi ban hi chuki hai and his protective streak makes him acknowledge ke iski hai and iska haq hai

LOL yes, I do think he says it instinctively in moments of crisis cuz kahin na kahin andar toh maan liya hai is sach ko but he can't face it. Yes, he does say it to kind of give her the protection of his name in some cases but overall, I do feel he blurts it out more on impulse to stake a claim towards taking care of her in a crisis. Like NGO waale time, us bande ko yeh dikhaane ke liye bhi bola ki look, she's my wife, don't think she's alone toh you can mess with her. Then woh police officer ke saath bhi kind of similar and also I think cuz he wanted to show a clear right towards stepping in and taking charge of Imlie's health there. It's like police waale and Meethi dono ko dikhana tha ki Imlie is my wife, toh main sab sambhaal lunga from this point on😆.

Just watched today's Imlie😆

We got a heartfelt Adi-Imlie convo in the hospital after all😆....the writers continue to take this in slightly unexpected directions. I'd thought ki either Adi will just do the usual polite sorry/thank you or he will say something about accepting her responsibility.

Instead, this turned to be another one of those very candid Adi-Imlie convos.....where he acknowledged that kismat seems to keep bringing them together no matter how much they try to go away from each other. In the next breath, he also said that woh Malini ke ilava kisi ka nahin ho sakta😆.....and iske response mein Imlie ke dialogues were quite good....she explained ki kisaan gaaon ki mitti nahin chhod sakta aur gaaon ki ladki sindoor nahin chhod sakti.....I don't remember the exact line but that was the gist of it....so she basically explained to him that she's wanted to throw away the sindoor/MS many times knowing this marriage is forced....but itne saalon ki seekh jiske saath bade huye ho, woh chhodne nahin deti....Sita Maiyya nahin chhodne deti. He candidly repeats that he can never give her the status of a wife. (LOL toh gaaon mein kya bhooton ke saamne bol raha tha, Babusahib? :P but whatever) toh Imlie goes she knows that....and that is his choice....he believes Malini is his wife. Same way, for Imlie, he is her husband....she also had a really nice line about how you can't run away from the truth. He then asks her ki yeh sab maanne ka kya faayda when it can't go anywhere....toh that's when I think she said the line about truth and how this rishta is the truth.....after all that, Adi finally says that can't accept this rishta but he won't stop her from accepting it from this point on.

So I guess they've kind of reached a truce of sorts😆.

I think this was all part of setting up the next phase....which as I suspected is going to be all about Imlie ka missing pati😆.....Family ko full on shaq ho gaya hai ki Imlie ki zabardasti shaadi karvayi gaaon waalon ne and then her husband left her, that is why she is hiding her shaadi ki things from everyone😆. Imlie ke pati ko sab milke gaaliyaan de rahe the and Adi ki shakal🤣.

Baad mein, Adi actually attempted to get romantic with Malini to distract her from thinking about Imlie😆.....but Malini toh ab full on is topic se obsess ho gayi hai....she's just doing Imlie jaap 24/7🤣.....it was a hilarious scene cuz she went into a full rant ki agar yeh sach hai ki Imlie ke saath aisa hua toh main uske pati ko dhund ke do chaante lagaaungi🤣.....and then she goes, "koi Imlie jaisi ladki ko kaise chhod ke jaa sakta hai"🤣.....Adi Maharaj ka face as Malini was saying all this was a sight to behold🤣.....uske baad iski bhi energy phuss ho gayi to attempt any romance....so another night wasted😆.

End mein family ki ladies went to talk to Imlie about all the shaadi stuff in her saamaan....so kal pata chalega if she manages to cover up with an excuse😆.

Precap mein looks like Dev will find out that Meethi is Imlie's mom.

Yeah, post shaadi Malini ka shakki side kam kar diya hai writers ne and now they are showing her hardly suspecting Adi or Imlie over anything despite that accidental hug on the bed.....Adi toh ekdum hil gaya and guilt level dialed up to next level....it really was amazing ki ek taraf ekdum maasoom Imli thi who didn't even know how to react to him randomly hugging her and dusri taraf Malini all bemused at the accident.....beech mein phasaa Adi with full knowledge of the truth so this entire situation making him feel like he physically betrayed Malini in that moment.

Malini had also taken an instant liking with Imlie after the initial hiccup. Imlie helping out Malini at all important occasion has just formed a very solid bond between them. Ab to unka 🩸 ka rishta ho gaya hai. 😆 So I guess she just took it an honest mistake but Adi ka guilt level shot up. He was completely flustered , ekdam baukhla gaya.

Haan, Imlie ka reaction bhi cute tha....she got all awkward for a bit and kept trying to test if other ppl's touch gives her any butterflies.....lol but then baad mein yeh saare feels marr gaye after she had that convo with Sundar where he tells her that only similar people work together as a couple.

Imlies reaction was 🤣Again makes you realize how naive and innocent she is . The way she tested every living and non living things to see if their touch affect her in any ways.

Similar people wala thought made me wonder if that will be the reason their relationship would not work, as in they are too similar in their thoughts so when there are differences they would not find it easy to reconcile.

AM ki kismat kaafi phooti hui hai romance department mein....lol phir bhi forum mein log 24/7 bas yehi ek topic ko leke rote rehte hain ki kahin writers in dono ki SR na dikhaa dein and that will be the "final straw" for Adi-Imlie fans😆

The subject matter of the show is such that it completely depends on how they handle and execute the entangled relationship angle. There is very less room for error. IDK why no matter what show people watch, their end goal is only SR and consummation. Its doesn’t matter how they reach that point, the only thing is it should be hot. Uske liye to 100 khoon maaf!!

I think shakki Malini will only come back if Adi's behavior changes towards Imlie a bit....right now Adi goes out of his way to be antagonistic towards her toh Malini feels protective of Imlie....but I think this may shift if Adi's behavior shifts. Let's see.

Will she get hold of Adi ke Pagdandiya wale pictures and that might bring her shakki nature? Then everything will change for her I guess.

LOL yes, Malini has taken a deep liking to Imlie ever since Imlie helped her out in some shaadi functions....and also, you will see in the future epis, she starts referring to Imlie more often as "woh toh bacchi hai"....she considers Imlie a kid, hence not a realistic threat when it comes to Adi's attentions😆. All this will change if Adi ever starts to be drawn towards Imlie and Malini notices.

I do feel that will play a part on some level....cuz I keep coming back to the same thought as the story progresses....Adi-Imlie may be poles apart but they are able to instinctually connect on many points and then there's the fact that they've literally gone through fire together in many extreme circumstances too which has emotionally bonded them on a different level.

Today's epi again made me think that Adi is now trying to cling to Malini more out of defensiveness than actual deep love. LOL SR obsession se toh na uthne waali ITV junta....too many rotted minds here. Anyways, I agree with you otherwise ki the subject matter does need to be handled delicately given the complicated relationships....so far, I think the writers are finding ways to not let Adi-Malini consummate their marriage....there is always some Imlie related issue that crops up😆....but I'm not holding my breath either way.....Adi is very confused so things will oscillate for a while, no doubt.

I hope am making sense with my theory here ... it sounded more concrete in my head but in posting I think am losing the plot.. basically what I am trying to say is it is a deeply buna hua trap on both ends and karmic intervention of sorts resulting in heir kids suffering from their paaps

Other than during the AM shaadi, they've never shown Imlie thinking that she needs to fight for her patni wala haq cuz her mom never did. I think it's still more about the cultural background angle for her.....she can't bring herself to deny a truth that she is culturally conditioned to accept in terms of sanctity. Yes, this was deffo part of why she hated shaadi and resisted it....cuz she believed that being tied in shaadi is final for life, there is no getting out of it.....so conversely, now even when she's gotten married without really wanting it, she still believes in the same thing....there is no getting out of it.....Iske liye toh Pinjra hi hai is waqt.

Adi was actually pretty soft with Imlie in this scene....jaise pyar se kisi bacche se baat kar raha ho....she wore him down with her arguments toh end mein he gave in haar ke and kinda patted her cheek affectionately as if to say, theek hai tumhein jo karna hai karo, main nahin rokunga😆.
