I feel like I remember watching a byte of hers from either IB or Sanjivani days where she said similar. It's a reminder that as invested as we are, for these guys, it's work (that they enjoy, no doubt, but still a job) and they're happy to do it as long as it continues, but they're used to moving on to the next thing whenever that time comes.
