Jas has been constantly calling her mooh boli for last 8 years! That must have been hurting her feelings everyday. A foster child being called an outsider 50 times a day would be damaging to the mind and spirit of a young girl. Jasmeet was as mean as Kuhu and always looking for a chance to get rid of Mishti. Don’t know if she was jealous of BP BM’s love and attention towards Mishti or resentment towards an unrelated girl getting importance in the family. Given that Karishma was her friend in the past why was she so mean and vicious to Mishti? Doesn’t make sense.

Episode 85 first part

Ketu brings Kuhu to Kunal and calls her Bhabhi then leaves them alone

Kuhu tells Kunal she still can’t believe her dream is coming true. Kunal apologizes to Kuhu that her journey so far has been really tough. Kuhu says her final year syllabus had been so tough she’d thought she would fail but she got distinction in 3 subjects. So it’s okay, once you get result then it doesn’t matter what happened before. Kuhu says she’s very happy today, Kunal says he’s worried. He doesn’t know how long this happiness will last

Abir covers Mishti’s eyes and brings her to his painting then tells her to open her eyes.

Mishti keeps her eyes tightly closed and turns around, saying No! She doesn’t want to see, Abir asks why? She begs him to let her go. Abir stops her and asked what happened, she wanted to see the painting before, wanted to know whose it was. She was the one who told him that when he understands the relationship he should tell her first.
Mishti finally looks at him and asks did he realize what it was? He says yes, because he thinks she feels the same way about him as he feels about her. What did she think?
Mishti gets defensive and says absolutely not! Abir asked how is she so sure? Mishti fumbled a lot and asked how is he so sure? 😆

Kuhu says she’s sure nothing will go wrong after this, so why is he so worried? Kunal says his mom loves him a lot so she agreed to this wedding but she loves his brother Abir even more. Kuhu asks what’s the problem with that? Kunal says she will never agree to his relationship,

Kuhu asked which Rishta, Kunal drops the bombshell, his bhai and Mishti’s relationship. Kuhu is shocked! She says he must be mistaken. Kunal says he’s not mistaken, does Kuhu know what people were laughing about at Shweta’s party? He showed Kuhu the photo of Mishbir hugging in the washroom. Kuhu stunned. Kunal tells her she hadn’t noticed but something is going on between his brother and her sister. Kuhu remembers Mishti hugging her at the hospital, then reassuring her Abir will find a way to convince his mom, she remembers asking Mishti why was she smiling so much? Mishti telling her how scared she was to see Abir in that condition

Kunal tells Kuhu if his mom finds out about Mishbir she will call off the wedding. Will Kuhu let Mishti separate them again? He can understand Mishti is her sister and she loves her but Mish isn’t right match for his brother

Abir asks Mishti if she’s okay? She should turn and look at the painting and tell him if his feelings are correct or wrong? Mishti remembers falling into his arms, Abir spraying her at Holi, their sky ride, Abir getting new glasses for her, the two of them singing at the pub, Abir snuggling with her hand at the hospital that morning. She looks disturbed and nervous, cannot face his or her own feelings 🥺

Abir comes close and tells her this is the biggest truth of his life, that he wants to share with her, that he wants to tell her that when he closes his eyes he only sees her face. His every heartbeat echoes her name, he only hears her voice. Her name is....

Mishti turns around and begs him not to say it. She can’t do this!

Mishti turns and runs away, Abir goes after her but she sprints, then hurries down the stairs while he stands near the banisters upstairs and watched her, with a confused expression

Kunal tells Kuhu that before his mom finds out about all this he wants to end whatever is going on between Mishti and his bhai. Kuhu swears she didn’t know anything about this. Kunal’s mom didn’t like Mishti, he hates her too, then why would Abir ?

Yeah Kuhu why would Abir love Mishti, everyone should just love you right? Gawd what a 🤬

Kunal says he doesn’t have the answer for that, she’s having to face this problem because of him....Kuhu says it’s because of Mishti, MKWS! There goes the same old chants 😵

Mahs and RJVs talking in the background, all sounds fade as the winds continue to blow around her, she closed her eyes and let the feeling sink in, hands clasped together brings them to her chest where her heart beats fast.❤️ She remembers him saying when he closes his eyes he only sees her face, his every heartbeat says her name, he only hears her voice. With closed eyes she sees him clicking her picture on the bustop on their first journey, his smiling face as he walked towards her with balloons in the market, at her house, their close moments in the dark at the pub.

Mishti opens her eyes and says she has fallen in love with Abir! She loves him! 💕🥳

She lets the feeling sink in as happiness washes over her entire being, cherishing the feeling of loving him. 🥰 Abir watching her from above smiles, he understands she’s feeling something. She half turns to steal a look at him. She smiles at her realization that she loved Abir.

This scene is so well done, acting, direction and camera angles are all top notch!👌 MishBir’s expressions, the camera fading in and out, alternating from Mishti below to Abir above, the wind blowing and fading of all sounds and the BGM all were perfectly done!👌🔥😍

Episode 85 last part

Nanu comes and calls Mishti. He tells her this day belonged to KuKu, everyone is celebrating their happiness, everyone is thanking Abir profusely, but they should not forget that the real reason behind this happiness is Mishti. Abir acts pricey, says he might be busy, 😆 BM tells him to make time, perhaps the girl he’s looking for might be in some shop looking for a boy like him (that’s so random, BM is in her lala land, Abir almost told her he liked Mishti but she didn’t get it)😕

Back at mah house Kuhu lost in her thoughts, remembers Mishbir hugging photo, Kunal asking if she wanted them to separate again because of Mishti? That Mishti might be her sister but she wasn’t right for his brother.

Jas comes and offered candy bar to Kuhu but she refused. Jas said she didn’t look happy, Kuhu said she’s very happy so she doesn’t want to eat chocolate and get fat. Jas should also avoid candy if she wants to look good at Kuhu’s wedding.

Jas says she knows Kuhu’s tension is not about not fitting into her wedding clothes but about Mishti not fitting in her life. Jas tells Kuhu right now Kunal and his family are happy with her but they will never forget that Mishti rejected Kunal. And that Kuhu came with Mishti as a package deal. Kuhu remembers Kunal saying if his mom found out about Mishbir she will call off the wedding. Jas advised Kuhu to be smart and think about herself and Kunal before Mishti caused any problem in her life. There’s no lack of drama in their life as they have to attend prayer meeting of Marwari community to meet the Chauhan family.

Varsha comes and tells jas to stop bothering Kuhu and gives her juice. Jas denies bothering Kuhu and asks Varsha what were they going to say to Chauhans. Jas says Shaurya should tell Chauhans they cannot have alliance with this family.
Kuhu asks why not? What if they let Saurav meet Mishti? Varsha says is Kuhu out of her mind? Jas is thrilled that Kuhu has given a great idea. Why is Varsha refusing? Varsha says how can this happen? Kuhu asks if Saurav was right match for her then why not fit Mishti? Jas tells Varsha to think about Mishti

Kuhu thinks she doesn’t care whoever comes in Mishti’s life as long as it’s not Abir.

Kuhu is so disgusting, Mishti moved heaven and earth to unite Kuhu with the guy she loved and here Kuhu is trying desperately to separate Mishti from Abir! 🤢 Kuhu deserved all that rejection from Kunal after marriage!

Meenu tells the doctor on the phone she will take Abir for follow up tomorrow. Abir comes to her room, Meenu asks why isn’t he resting like doctor advised? Abir says he wants to rest and not strain himself. Meenu asks is there something bothering him? Is he wondering how she’s happy about KuKu marriage? Abir says he doesn’t believe she’s happy.

Meenu says he’s right, she’s happy in her sons’ happiness (what a Liar) Meenu says the Goddess saved him from a terrible storm! What if kunsl takes a step that breaks up the family? That would break her heart. Abir may think she’s interfering in Kunal’s life, she’s being overprotective but Abir also knows Kunal isn’t strong like her or him, Kunal only trusts her and Abir.

Abir says he knows this and is always there for Kunal but why is mom so worried? Meenu says as a mother she would be worried but now wedding will be done the way Kunal wants it.

Abir tells Meenu not to worry about Kunal as he knows KuKu will be happy together.

Meenu says but she knows Mishti’s presence makes Kunal unhappy. Abir says he will talk to Kunal and convince him that Mishti’s actions weren’t wrong. She didn’t do anything wrong to tell the truth, in fact it turned out for the good because Kunal got Kuhu. Abir asks Meenu not to do anything against Mishti

Meenu tells Abir she’s not against anyone (LIAR) she just loves and supports her sons, wants to see them happy, wants her family to be United. She asks Abir to trust her for once!

Abir agrees and leaves. Kunal enters, Meenu asked him did he hear everything? Kunal says Mishti means more to bhai than anyone else. He won’t listen to her or him, he can do anything for Mishti. (Jealousy eh Kunal?)

Meenu says that’s why it’s necessary now to include Kuhu in their plan. Kunal tells her not to worry, Kuhu will do whatever he says, they will succeed in this. Mishti can never be a part of bhai’s life.

bold 1 - i thought, from abir's pov, this could be his prank gone wrong. Like he might have thought she refused to see the painting as according to her its still some other girl no? 😆

not even wasting energy to say something about kuku, but yeah the 'MKWS' chants are not going anywhere for sure 🤢 her thinking how could abir love mish was even pathetic because in fact whole world wonders how could someone love kuhu, someone as mean and nasty as her? anyhow, leave it.

bold 6 - loved this scene so much. and yes agree with what you said, full marks to directors, cameraman, writer even and of course rhea and shah. her expressions as she was so scared to even think about the possibility of love and the finally accepting it and even abir smiling from the balcony as if he understood what she felt that moment. brilliant ❤️

Epi 85 part 1 - Episode's title is 'kuhu kunal's alone time' stupid, gadheda HS 😡 it should have been 'Mishti is in love with Abir'!

Anyway, epi starts with kuku, kuhu says how happy she is etc etc 🤔

mishbir in abir's room and abir has blindfolded her with his hands and mish refuses to see the painting. Abir ka chehra when she did that, aww 😆 did he think she might have thought its someone else? and that why didnt want to see? after all he was trying to pretend there was 'someone else' no?

Again kuku scene and kunal tells her mish and abir ke beech me kuch chala raha hai. kuhu is in denial but remembers mish's behavior these days.

Abir tells her when he closes his eyes, he only sees the girl (in the painting), he can only hear her voice, she is in heartbeats and her name is but before he can say the name mishti stops him and says she cant hear it 😳 and runs way shyly. and Abir is dumbstruck. aww, did he think she was still thinking it was someone else and so did not want to hear the name? 😲 but in anyway, that led to a very beautiful, elegantly shot scene (totally ignoring kuku scene in between), where mishti runs downstairs and remembers abir's words and then says mujhe abir se pyar ho gya hai ❤️

both RV brothers are pushing things on each other in the name of love: abir pushed kuku rishta on kunal thinking that's good for him (also kunal misled abir) and kunal is pushing mishti away from abir because he thinks that's good for abir. An honest conversation between the two brothers would have solved so many problems but no, these two are only keen about doing things behind each others back

mishku are completely oppsite in this case: mishti is doing everything to unite kuku with kuhu's knowledge but kuhu is doing everything to separate mishbir without mishti's knowledge

Gosh I had no idea about the other scenes from this episode. I always watched only mishbir scenes from this episode. Now I hate kuhu even more (if that was even possible) 😡
