Again? 😆 Girl unless Hollywood is hiring for roles that need heavy Indian accent you are doomed. Good actors have great control over their accents. They get accent and dialect coaching. But I don't think it will work on Deepika. She always manages to sound like herself.

It’s funny people complaining about Deepika existence while always being on the first page of every topic about her 😆😆 don’t you know ignoring something will make it go away? Unless you don’t want her to disappear after all 🤣

On topic: Sonam, HR, Alia also signed there recently. I don’t think it means anything. It’s a back plan in case something comes up LOL what’s wrong with that? Any smart person will tell you to not put your eggs in the same basket. She is not actively pursuing a career there looking at the number of movies she has signed in Bollywood.

For now Hollywood has nothing to offer to Bollywood actor. PC would have been a superstar in Bollywood instead she wasting her years doing cameos in kids movies and being a B-List star who is a considered as a brown alternative to Kim Kardashian. Someone who has won a NA in her country to not even being considered a TV actress in the west.

I don’t know whether it’s the lack of real opportunities after Xxx or she hasn’t been approached for anything (I doubt because cameos for brown people there are plenty) but I am glad DP is full time back in Bollywood, that’s where she belongs, that’s where she is thriving.

Even that kids movie you’re mocking is setting Netflix records in terms of viewership and most days as #1 viewed... fyi it wasn’t a cameo. Priyanka’s working with Sony Pictures, Universal, Paramount, Warner Brothers and many more because of her own hard work and hustle.

Ps. All these Bollywood stars signing up with Hollywood talent agencies means they want to be in Hollywood. Some people are clear about their goals like Priyanka and some people pretend like they don’t want it but still sign up or change talent agencies when they’re not getting offers.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to belittle PC or anything but I think it’s infuriating being one of the best actress of your generation, competing with the likes of Vidya Balan and being considered as a TV actress in another industry. I know Bollywood is trash and ageist but the amount of recognition she got for her talent here will she able to get it in the west even after working with so many big studios? I hope she will do good work that will highlight her talent, that’s all I can wish for her.

You do realise it’s not just PC but almost all of woc in Hollywood who have to struggle to make their place in white dominated industry and the fact that PC achieved what she did itself is huge unlike your fav who achieved shit there 😆

Read again my whole comment if you think that bothers me LoL I don’t care if Deepika didn’t achieve anything there. There’s no place for her in HW and she knows that which is why her lineup is fully packed in Bollywood and I am glad. I clearly said she is where she should be. Why would I want her to waste her time in HW? Good for PC for achieving more than others WOC but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s little compared to what she would have achieved here. That’s the true.
