Sometimes its u as well...people around you can't force u to do anything unless you yourself want to do it...as for SSR...i believe that he was surrounded by people who truly didnt love him...he himself had flaws but those people made those flaws his life... instead of correcting him,they encourage him...so in that process he lost himself...its sad but its the truth...from his family...to his ex girlfriend...to current girlfriend...to his co workers...to his staff...no one truly care for him enough to actually understand him...that can really make u depressed...as for helly...she is surrounded by gd friends who is exactly like her and with family who are always in touch with her...she herself is fully aware of herself...she is still in touch with life...she uses her wisdom and is very intelligent...

Yeah you are absolutely right things can't be one dimensional in life...I agree....many fronts play role as you said choice of people around us is very important because actually they make our current surroundings and this choice again depend on us and somewhere on our luck also.
