I believe Vanraj is genuinely appreciating the new Anupama who is strong, happy and independent of him. However, a man who has been cheating on his wife for 8 years is used to having his cake and eating it too. He won’t let go of Kavya, if he feels he can use her in some way. I think Anu will move out and seek divorce which will shock everyone. It seems she’s supposed to stay in limbo the rest of her life, while her cheating husband enjoys her care and his girlfriend. Rakhi is right about the family. They are supporting an immoral situation and painting Kavya as the only “bad guy”.

Vanraj wont change so soon.. he might in future possibly.. it took him one moment of knowing that kavya will be back with her husband and he took no time to return.. wherever his ego is fed he will move that way.. he cant let go kavya and anu both.. he is no way in love with anu as he says.. it's just his infatuation over seeing an independent anu which he never saw all these years.. and now next change I am sure pakhi will move with her dad too.. in the south version the story went a little different but the daughter moved with her father and mother in law moved into daughters house.. both realise the worth of anu after that
