There is no specific word count. Different writers have different writing styles... with some keeping it breezy while others go into elaborate details. So, deciding a word count is difficult.
It should cover 2-4 scenes, that is the general idea.

Umm... preferably not. Otherwise translations will have to be provided... since IPK has many fans who don't speak Hindi.
